Overall Rating
So the overall experience at the Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering Technology & Research, Bareilly was great and I chose this because I am from Bareilly and my parents were not in favor of sending me to other colleges outside of Bareilly. Also in my area (Bareilly) this is one of the best institutions. I enjoyed all 4 years here with a great experience. You can take admission if you want.
 

Academics Rating
You can get direct admission i.e. through the management quota or you can enroll through the CUET or JEE Mains exams. I took the admission through management quota wherein our schooling marks (12th standard marks) are seen and you can take admission easily.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members were good and experienced, all of them were professionals plus their way of teaching was pretty good. Most of the teachers were from outside and mostly the faculty members had 15+ years of experience and they had good knowledge of their respective courses. Thus, the faculties were nice and cooperative in nature.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a placement cell here, which carries out all the activities related to placements.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, there are hostel facilities here. However, I didn’t experience this facility as I was a local resident of Bareilly.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure was not that much good, but all other facilities like a big library, a dispensary, a canteen, and labs here were overall good. There was a big ground there where we could play football and cricket. There were courts for basketball, volleyball, and badminton along with indoor games like table tennis, etc.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is great. There are two big fests held like the Zest and the Spandhan along with other tech events. You can co-ordinate or can help in organising these events. Well, we have enjoyed these events a lot and we used to coordinate as well which helped us to gain experience.

    This college is better than any other college in Bareilly. One of positive thing is it is affiliated from AKTU University, Lucknow and it is of SRMS trust. The rules and regulations are strictly followed here. This is what that makes it better than any other college. Some of the rules are like mobile phones are not allowed in college campus without the permission of chief proctor. Environment of college is also good.... Read Full Review

    It is a very good decision of my life to pursue my studies with a Bachelor's of Technology in Computer Sciences from SRMS, Bareilly. It's been a semester in this college and I feel much evolved in fields of knowledge, sports, and also my communication skills have improved as never before. Now I have completed my first semester and I have experienced that the college authority and faculty members are very supportive and helpful. They mainly focus on the studies of the students.     Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering Technology & Research, Bareilly. It is one of the top colleges of Bareilly also in UP as well. It is a well reputed college which provides students a healthy and positive environment for studies.     I am a student of this college. This is the best engineering college and the faculty present is good. Overall 95% students get placement every year with a minimum package 3.5 LPA. Overall it is a good college for engineering. This college is affiliated to the AKTU university. The college campus is also good.
