Vignan's Institute of Information Technology college review

Overall Rating
I very happy join the Vignan's Institute of Information Technology, Visakhapatnam. This is a co-ed institution were one can very actively participate in many programs and can develop leadership qualities, thus, I preferred joining this institution. The institute’s infrastructure is very pleasant and we have blocks named Darithri and Agni.
 

Academics Rating
I am a Mechanical Engineering student we have in total 7 subjects per semester and along with 4 labs per semester. I had written the EAMCET exam and secured 20,000 ranks in the exam. Thus, to join this college one needs to write the EAMCET exam and can join this institute by the payment of the seat. I am confidently saying that as a girl I am happy to join the mechanical branch.
 

Faculty Rating
My faculty members are very friendly and helpful in all aspects. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The faculties are M. Tech. and Ph. D graduates so their knowledge is very useful for us to learn new things. Also whenever we ask any doubts they very patiently answer our queries.
 

Placement Rating
I am happy to share that we have had very good placements this year. The highest package of our branch this year was 8 LPA and the lowest package was 3.5 LPA. Almost 85% of the students were placed this year with no backlogs. Many students got placed in Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, TCS, InfoTech, Cognizant, etc. And for the mechanical branch we have special training such as AEP.
 

Hostel Rating
We have hostel facility in our college. The students who are far from their village can avail the hostel facility. In hostel they provide breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner every day. On Sundays we have non-veg meals served. In the hostels we have Wi-Fi facility. The wardens are very friendly but strict at the time of outings.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our institute’s infrastructure is very attractive and has a friendly atmosphere. We have 3 academic blocks. For the 1st year students we have separate building blocks. After the completion of the 1st year they will be moved to the main block. We have Wi-Fi facility in our institute and also our institute is accredited with NAAC and NBA.
 

Campus Rating
We have many events in held our institute. We celebrate farewell parties, branch-wise associations, and also movie promotions. We have hackathon competition in our college.

    I like my institute as the environment, infrastructure and maintenance is good. First of all, my 1st year experience is amazing. The time table is good and we had the time to adjust ourselves to our institute routine. My experience was good until I'm in 2nd year as the curriculum little bit suffered due to the change in staff.     My institute is located in a vast area. Since it is in the outskirts of the city, it has a peaceful environment to study. Placements statistics are generally 50% and the companies visiting the institute for hiring the students offer less packages.... Read Full Review

    My institute has an excellent infrastructure, good equipments, and lab facilities for the students. My institute has a vast space for the students.     Overall Rating
    Overall, the institute experience is really good and each and every day is memorable. The infrastructure is well maintained, and canteen is also available serving a wide range of snacks and meals. Modern teaching tools are used for delivering lectures in the classrooms. Weekly Exams are conducted, and those exams are also strictly monitored by the faculty members. Coming to the fests, it will be one of the best moments of Engineering life.... Read Full Review
