The IIIT-Delhi college opened its doors for students in 2008. For the class graduating in 2012, the first placement season began in 2011. The college is presently in its third placement season. However, despite its short history, it has already drawn some respectable businesses, thanks to its solid reputation (earned through its faculty and research). I believe that when it comes to research opportunities, IIIT-Delhi is well ahead of the majority of colleges in the nation. Since IIIT-Delhi is a research-focused institution, its professors have earned Ph. D. Degrees from prestigious institutions such as CMU, UCLA, NTU, IISc, IITs, etc. Numerous Undergraduates had their research papers presented at conferences around the world. Even during the semesters, a few genuine NSIT / DTU students collaborated with professors on several significant initiatives.

The Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology has a distinguished academic history. Bulks of our lecturers hold Ph.D. Degrees from overseas colleges and are experts in their fields. They are always willing to help students with their questions. The curriculum is revised annually, to reflect upon the changing industry demands and emerging technologies. The environment at this college is very favorable for those students who enjoy programming.

The teachers here are top-tier experts in their professions and have had extensive training. Each teacher has their own preferred teaching style. Some educators excel at clarification while others excel at clearing up confusion. The training is designed to aid students in the real world that we live in today thus, the curriculum is quite current. The tests can be challenging, but students who work hard can succeed and there are only a small percentage of students who don't succeed in the courses.

Excellent placements. Many students come to this college only for its placements. Almost all branches have 100 per cent placement records. Max package is Rs 50 Lacs per annum and the average is about Rs 17 Lacs per annum. 450+ companies come in for placement on campus.

Hostels that are provided are well-equipped as the building structures are new. Blowers and geysers are provided in the winters and ACs are provided in the summers. The other facilities include things like lifts, common spaces, and 24-hour security. Moreover, there are no curfew hours and the college mess offers tasty cuisine at a reasonable price.

There are great amenities and full air conditioning in every classroom, lecture hall, and lab. On-campus Wi-Fi is accessible. This college offers top-notch athletics and both Cricket and football are allowed on the playground. Additionally, there is a pool, gym, tables for pool, table tennis, a badminton court, and a basketball court, etc. The food offered at the mess is also excellent and the college offers a canteen, a Brew bakes cafe, and a few small businesses.

Due to the college's location in the capital's southerly developed area, campus life is excellent. The college has a number of societies, some of which are cultural (like those for music, dance, and drama) and others are academic (such those for quizzes and coding). These societies give students a fantastic platform to interact and develop their skills. A medical room and an ambulance is available around-the-clock to manage emergencies.
