SOA - Best University

Overall Rating
I am in the 2nd year now. The experience I got was awesome. I was interested in doing computer science and it is the best University I have gone through. Teachers are so kind and friendly nature. It conducted tests that help in improving self esteem and many more. There are more than 20 faculty for each subject and you can go for any one at any time for doubt.
 

Academics Rating
SOA University has many courses like B.Tech in CSE, CSS, IT and many others. The eligibility is you have to go through SOA Test called SAT and through that you will be eligible. The B.Tech consists for 4 years. Motive is that you can become a good software engineer, and many more. There is scholarship for every semester you can get.
 

Faculty Rating
There are more than 200 faculties for subjects. There are personal chambers for each and every one. You can simply ask anyone if you have doubt. There are so kind and humble. They are very friendly nature and they repeatedly clear your doubt in class and you can independently ask them. The way they teach so nice and it feels good to study under them.
 

Placement Rating
The highest package here is 42 LPA and average package 5 LPA and mostly big companies participate in placement like Microsoft, TCS etc. Almost 90 percent students placed this year.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes there is residential facilities are also available in this institute. There are 10 hostels for boys and similar for girls. Every room has given four beds and four chairs for each student. Food is also given good in which 4 days having non veg.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are total 6 blocks in the campus and are very large. There is a central library for every one and all types of books are available there and a student can go and study. There is a hall where all types of cultural activities are held in every occasion. There is a large garden having beautiful flowers are there.
 

Campus Rating
Overall campus is nice and green to spend your B.Tech life peacefully there is crowd coming all over the India even from outside countries also many fest are organised in a year and college from nearby them also join college has good ethnic rule for every festival you can enjoy your studies with peaceful life.

    So the reputation of this college is good. The entrance exam (SAAT) is easy and this college provides a wide range of courses from engineering to medical. Currently I am studying Bachelors of computer applications and the faculty is better than most colleges in Odisha. The environment is pretty good with a big area is provided.     SNIL is a good institute for studying law. There are many courses for students to join. Teachers and management is remarkable. Campus is big and well managed.     The honest review of my college as per my opinion would be average as it is a bit negligent in terms of conducting college fests, proper conduction of student clubs which are extremely beneficial, and towards the lack of leisure related activities such as outdoor sports.
