Good for study

Overall Rating
Firstly if you want to get admission in University of Lucknow then you have to give JEE mains examination and after that you have to fill AKTU/ UPCET counseling form. From my point of view its good college and overall it's decent for study and placements. Infrastructure is not that good but faculty members are good and supportive.
 

Academics Rating
I am doing B.Tech in computer science and engineering because I love Coding and wants to a good web developer. You have to give JEE mains to pursuing B.Tech in this college. After giving jee mains you have to apply aktu or upcet counseling form from where you can get admission in University of Lucknow in any branch according to your rank.
 

Faculty Rating
What I like the most in this college is behavior of all the faculty members. Almost all the faculty members are very supportive and support you in anything. They help you even after the class and clear your doubts. Some of faculty members completed PhD while others are pursuing PhD. All teachers are good in their respective fields.
 

Placement Rating
Yes we have a placement cell named E-cell Foet (faculty of engineering and technology). Our E-cell is very progressive and in just 4-5 years they gains immense growth in placement. You can also see the Percentage of students who got placed companies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys etc.
 

Hostel Rating
I am not living in college hostel so I can't say much about this. But overall it's decent.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The only thing I don't like is infrastructure of this college although it's not that bad but for me it's not good. There are 2 blocks for engineering and BCA. In first block the classes of first year students run and 2nd block the classes of other than 1st year students run. Over-all we can say infrastructure is decent.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is also decent. There are many clubs run by students and faculty members. I am also a member of 2 of the clubs 1st one is gaming club and 2nd one is Robotics club. There are many clubs like dance club, sports club, coding club etc. There are many fest organised by our seniors like Holi fest, dandiya fest, sports fest etc.

    No doubt University of Lucknow is a prestigious institution with utmost historical significance of more than 100 years. The best thing about this place is its amazing, well experienced and supportive faculty who always encourages you and guides you. Educational facilities here are also quite beneficial. A well-equipped cyber library, a reading hall with numerous magazines and books by different authors, and access to civil services hall give students great environment and opportunities to study....   • My life at University of Lucknow
     

    Overall Rating
    The historical significance and the evergreen glory of more than 100 years is the essence of this university. I decided to get into this university because it is in my city. The greenery all around and beautiful campus attracts a lot of students. The famous infrastructure Tagore Library also catches student’s attention with numerous facilities, books, magazines and news journals.     My overall experience in the University has been very good till now. I chose this particular university as this the finest University in Uttar Pradesh and am also NAAC+ accredited which makes it more trustable.     University of Lucknow is situated near the banks of river Gomti and is one of the most beautiful and old institutes in the state, which is also a heritage of Lucknow. University currently has 2 campuses, one in Badshahganj near Hazratganj and the second one in Jankipuram, Lucknow.
