Brief review of my college

Overall Rating
Akal College of Basic Sciences provides a better platform for those who wants to achieve their goals in the academic field. They provided opportunities to develop confidence and interest in studies among students. Those students who got minimum 60% in their secondary level can apply here without the any entrance exam.
 

Academics Rating
Bachelor of Science consist of 3 academic years with the various subjects such as chemistry, physics and biology i.e. medical and non medical. It also includes additional subjects such as English, ethics, environmental studies. Master of Science can be done in any of the science subject like chemistry, physics and biology, every degree has its importance.
 

Faculty Rating
Every faculty member of Akal College of Basic Sciences is highly qualified and experienced in their subjects. They are CSIR NET qualified and some of them have done their Ph.D also. Their way of the teaching is very good. They provide a deep knowledge about the topic and give extra attention to the weak students. Teachers are very cooperative and helpful.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the institute has its own placement cell that provides opportunities to the interested students who wants to join industries. This is the best guidance for the students to develop their career, especially for those who have weak family backgrounds and do not have any knowledge about the career in industry.
 

Hostel Rating
The institute has very good residential facilities for the students as well as staff members also. The fee of the accommodation is also affordable. The girls hostel is very safe and parents trust the hostel staff. The cleaning of the hostel is done every day; washroom facility is also very good. The hostel also contains canteen facility other than the campus.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college contains various blocks for different science degrees. It provides a green environment to develop nature love among the students. It contains a central library and free Wi-Fi facilities for students. Every classroom is well equipped. Every department has a staff room. Every department has a washroom for the students. There is a common room for the students and a canteen.
 

Campus Rating
The institute organize various functions every year for the development of cultural interest in students. It also organize Akhand paths and sports activities in every session. A number of students get admission every year and a number of students get degree every year. They also organize convocation. The campus life is very disciplinary and peaceful.
