Overall Rating
Karnavati University is approved by UGC and is located at Uvarsad, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The University is offering UG and PG courses in Dentistry, Design, Law, Liberal Arts and Mass Communication and Management. For admission into UG programs, a candidate must have 60% above marks in Class 12. For Dentistry, one has to appear in NEET exam. For Design, one has to appear in DAT exam. For other UG courses, a candidate has to appear for KUAT exam. For PGDM, a candidate having valid CAT/MAT score will have to appear for a GDPI process.
 

Academics Rating
I passed out in 2018 as a PGDM student of Unitedworld School of Business which is a part of the Karnavati University group and campus. I had to show my valid CAT score and had to successfully accomplish through the GDPI process to get an admission. The Institute met my expectations and I got a decent placement.
 

Faculty Rating
For PGDM, we had more than 30 faculty members. Overall there are more than 200 faculty members in our University. All these faculty resources are having on an average 10 years of academic experience with adequate industry exposure. All are Master Degree holders with PhD. They taught us very well.
 

Placement Rating
We had a 3 tier placement facility - Regional, Zonal and International. Average placement package is Rs. 6 lacs. Highest is Rs. 16 lacs per annum so far. 90 percent of the students are placed successfully. We had beautiful pre placement training and soft skill training right from day one. Some of the major companies offering placements are ITC, PwC, Nestle, MRF, Dabur, JK Tyre, Godrej, Byju's, Reckitt Benckiser, Indusind, Kotak Mahindra, Axis, Khaitan, Parle, Amazon, Snapdeal, Emami, Asian Paints, Colgate Palmolive.
 

Hostel Rating
There are 5 girls hostel inside the campus and one girls hostel and one huge boys hostel outside the campus. The hostel charges are on an average Rs. 90,000 per annum. The hostels are beautiful and clean and very hygienic. The entire campus and hostels are under strict supervision of CCTV cameras with 24 hrs Security and Medical services. The food qualities are mouthwatering, delicious with lots of varieties.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The entire campus is built on an area of 40 acres of land with 21st century, eco friendly State of The Art infrastructure. Apart from digital classrooms, Central libraries, 18 workshops, Digital Communication labs and studios, 500 seater auditorium, there is a world class gym and a parlour, a football and cricket ground with 8 flood light stands, a 500 seater AC cafeteria, freak out fast food zones, a DJ and basketball ground, a temple and what not.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is very festive with festivals like Lohri, Pongal, Navratri, Durgotsav, Ganesh Chaturthi, Holi, Kite festivals happening every year. The students and the staffs organise Karnavati Premiere league for football and cricket. Big events like the annual fest Viaje, Ahmedabad Design week and Youth Parliament happens every year. Overall, an amazing campus life waiting for the students.

    Karnavati University located in Gandhinagar is one of the most reputed in the country with acres of campus with all the facilities provided. Unlike few of the colleges/universities it ranks as one of the best in different departments and provide placements in the best companies.     Overall Rating
    From engineering to management, I had to take a year break to prepare myself. Karnavati University admission procedure is even tougher as the entrance is followed by a group discussion and a personal interview. Karnavati University also has an army quota and if I am not wrong I was the only student entering through that quota. Never mind as my score would have got me admission here anyhow.
