LLRM Medical College Meerut

Overall Rating
I got LLRM Medical College through NEET -2018. I had scored 620 marks and since I live near to Meerut, I chose this college; also it is a very good college in terms of education, faculty, opportunities, experiences, etc. I Highly recommend others to join this college because it is one of the best medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh and you'll love this college once you get into it.
 

Academics Rating
The courses offered in LLRM Medical College are MBBS, MS, MD, B.Sc Nursing, DM. The entry requirement for MBBS is NEET exam. For MS and MD, NEET PG exam and for DM, NEET PG super speciality. My motive for enrollment in MBBS was that I always wanted to become a doctor because my father and mother are also doctors and I have grown up watching them.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty are nice and highly qualified. The teachers teaching us are really nice. I'm currently in 4th year. And the faculty teaches us so efficiently that we never really felt the burden of 9 subjects. Most of the faculty are post graduated in their particular subjects. They can speak both English and Hindi in whichever way the students are comfortable.
 

Placement Rating
There is not as such placement cell. We’re being provided internships at the end of 4.5 years which is compulsory for all.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, we have residential facilities at our Institute. Hostel life is good. Rooms are spacious. There are 2 lights and 1 fan in every room. Everyone is being given a single room. Hostel mess is also nice and gives average food quality at proper time.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of college is average. Since, it is a very old college, built in 1960s, Infrastructure has become old and there is not much maintenance by the government. Although the college has proper OPD, departments, an auditorium, hostels, cafeteria, etc. There are proper playgrounds for many games. Academic and Administrative block are well maintained.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is above average. Although Meerut is not a very good city to enjoy. But still you can find some good cafes, etc. In the campus, there is nothing much to do. Crowd in the hospital is very much and hence, we get to learn so much. There is one annual fest which occur every year. Also there is 3 days fest which occurs every Christmas for All Alumni and current students of the college.
