KMIT Hyderabad good for placements

Overall Rating
Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology has a good record in terms of placements. It's just because of the way they train students to get good jobs. The management also encourages students to participate in various sport activities. It's an autonomous institute and accredited by NAAC with 'A' grade.
 

Academics Rating
KMIT is well known throughout Hyderabad for their Computer Science course. Students get admission through the TS-eamcet examination and also through management quota. From the past 5 years KMIT's cutoff ranks are being decreased which shows that the top ranked students are willing to join Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology rather than joining other colleges.
 

Faculty Rating
All the faculty in KMIT are well qualified and have good experience in teaching. They teach everything in a clear way and encourage students to ask doubts, take seminars, participate in hackathons. Programming classes are taught in the class itself and students perform coding in their own laptops which ensures that they can even study it at home.
 

Placement Rating
KMIT provides placements in the companies which are well known (Adobe, Microsoft, etc.) for their work in their respective sectors. KMIT also ensures students to be placed in newly evolving companies like Darwin Box etc.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facility is not available in KMIT.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus has 6 blocks out of which are 3 academic blocks, one is placement block, and other 2 include examination block. All the blocks are built long back but are renovated to meet all the needs of students. The college canteen provides food at affordable price and ensures good taste and quality of food.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life in KMIT is nice. It has various clubs which includes Kaivalya club, dance club, Sports club, Music club. All the clubs actively take part in every event conducted in the college. Every year KMIT conducts 3 fests which include Kite festival, Dandiya night and KMIT night. They conduct many activities like hackathons, seminars to engage students.

    Overall Rating
    The faculty was good but not enough for the total strength of students. The college has a shortage of practical labs. Not much knowledge about the Computer Science course is given and it has to improve a few facilities also in the college. They are trying to bring the best coding faculty in college by starting various new things like different expos (projects), etc.... Read Full Review

    I have chosen CSE because I'm interested in the software side. In our college CSE is excellent and also the placements are very good I have got my seat through TSEAMCET. Our college has a huge number of placements so this is the reason I have joined this college.     This college is really good. I feel so happy after joining this college. I got a rank of 4,000 in the AP EAMCET Exam, so I was searching for a good college, and at last, I found this one. I feel my college has good placement than other colleges and the main reason to join our college is that this college provides you with project school and finishing school which helps in placement in many ways....     KMIT stands in one of the top 10 colleges of Telangana state for Computer Science Engineering. It is an old college but in every aspect KMIT we can find something new and different. I chose it just because of its outstanding placement records. They provide a special course in the 4th year of engineering which is called the Finishing School. Students get benefitted with high salary packages with such courses.... Read Full Review
