IIS University B.Com Review By Deepti Pawar

IIS University is one of the top college in Jaipur for girls. Actually I was looking forward for girls college as one of my senior of my school was studying in this college so I come to visit the college where I have found that this college provide compulsory diploma along with your graduation degree so which is the good thing so now when I am passed out from this college I have my B.Com degree along with my Advance Diploma in Graphic Designing so my experience in this college was very nice. There are many activities and program held such as TEDX, fashion show, Nukkad natak and annual fest in which celebrity from Bollywood are invited.

I have persuaded B.Com (hons.) in advertising and branding management as I am keenly interested in graphic designing. There are many specialization in B.Com also in this college such as taxation, HRM, Event management and many other. For entry you have to bring your documents such as Aadhar card, 10th mark sheet, 12th mark sheet, and your certificate of other activities which will help you in getting concession in your fees. The eligibility criteria for any graduation degree in IIS University is 50 % and they take the entrance exam so after evaluation of both you will get admission. As I have told earlier that I want to learn graphic designing so I pursue B.Com in ABM.

The faculty members in IIS University are quite good and knowledgeable. For each subject they have 7 to 8 faculty so it's easy for us to go and clear our doubt from other faculty if assigned faculty is unable to make us understand. For my course advertising subject is taught to us by Ashmita mam who is quite good teacher with good teaching skill and she provide us case study and ask us to solve which is helping us in our post graduation and she provide us article and show us video by which we can relate that particular topic and our other subjects faculty also show us video and they take presentation to improve our communication skill and to remove our stage fear, other activities such as group discussion and role play.

Yes, IIS University has placement cell frankly speaking in this institution there are every cell which is required such as placement cell. Yes the placement cell is just for namesake but there are very less companies come for the placement as students are not interested in doing job after their graduation as some of the students in this college want to start their business so they don't want placement and want to do their higher studies so there are very less students who are willing to take placement so they get good no of opportunities of internship as well as for final placement.

Yes, they provide residential facilities which is a big room attached washroom for 2 sharing and for 3 sharing whole hostel is fully AC. So the food of the hostel is super. They provide fruits to residents twice a week and they provide 4 time meal breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner with great variety of food and also tasty. Because of this the college hostel is always full there is no single set left after 15 days of college starts. The hostel Life is great there are many functions in the hostel such as Dandiya Night, DJ Night, Fresher, Farewell, party are organised for every festival, new year and gulal party on Holi and many more events in hostel, Ganpati Sthapna and Ganpati Visarjan etc . There are many activities in the hostel big basket ball playground and gym, swimming pool and yoga classes for hosteller and other games such as badminton , table tennis etc.

IIS campus is bit smaller compare to the level of course they have in their institution as they have UG course , PG courses, and certificate, diploma course in their institution so the campus is small. There are 6 block named A, B, C, D, E, F block each block have 5 floor on it along with AV hall for seminar and RJ hall for radio FM and central stage where events held along with that big playground and swimming pool, library, and 3 canteen to eat and CCD is also there in the institution so many facilities in the institution but little bit small in size according to the amenities.

Campus Life in this institution is great as the college life is good, crowd in this college is mostly from Jaipur and nearby places such as Jodhpur, Bikaner, Udaipur, Kota etc. and also from nearby by states such as MP, UP, Delhi, Haryana etc. There are many clubs such as rotary club, cultural club, NSS club, and many other club and every 3rd week of January there is fest of 3 days in which each activities takes place, intercollegiate competition, games, workshop, fair and many more things happen such as flash mob etc.
