Sri Indu College of Engineering and Technology B.Tech Review By Dharavath Phani

The reason for choosing Sri Indu College of Engineering and Technology is nothing but my EAMCET rank. Though I compromised to study in this college I learnt much stuff not only about education but also about the life. Good experiences come from the college Life. Has huge campus and supports sports so we can play whatever we are interested in. The library having in our college is very huge and had about 20000 volume books. Which is great for learning the all set of courses.

Firstly, I would say that for joining into the college after the intermediate completion you have to write EAMCET exam. Secondly, the rank for OC category must be less than 30k and for SC, ST it will vary. Thirdly, for engineering courses college provides CSE, EEE, Ece, Mech and Civil, AI, Data Science courses which is of 4 years Bachelor of technology. Finally, Sri Indu College of Engineering and Technology provides decent facility to study and excellent in placement.

To be honest faculty are in huge quantities but only few of them have knowledge about the courses they are teaching. Only PhD done faculty which are HODs have full knowledge in the course but they don't teach much. If you are interested person you can ask the doubts and clarify they can help in that. Mostly our faculty will teach in Telugu language and some will teach in English. So if you want a good quality of teaching like you're not understandable much with basic lecture then you have to worry about it somehow.

College provides the placement drives starting from 2-3 semester of B.Tech till final year. Around starting from 3.5 LPA to 20 LPA based on your intelligence and knowledge. Mostly the companies are from tech background only. There are many companies will be coming which are of useless advertising and marketing company which are totally worthless. Maybe the placements are going to be extended from 2023 year.

The college has only girls hostel it does not provide any boys hostels. But for boys there are many private hostels near to the campus surrounding 2 km in Mangalpally and Sheriguda. So we the boys can join there which are affordable. Coming to The girls’ hostel in the campus it is big building the food quality of ok. The menu is decent which is having non veg for two days a week. The hostels have quality single sheet iron beds for sleeping. That's all about the hostel facility provided by the college.

The campus has administrator block, The research and development block, the freshers block, the EEE and mechanical block. The main building and highlight of the building is the dome shaped block which is the logo of our college. It is very nice building structure. The campus consists of 80 acres of land mostly having greenery with trees and the two auditoriums are present. In the freshers block all Branch students is 1st year of engineering will be presented but from the 2 year they will be moved to their respected blocks of their Branch.

The campus life in the Sri indu college of engineering and technology is pretty good which has lot of memories. The college provides cultural fests and the techno which we can have lots of fun in the fests. The activities like health campaign and awareness programmes which can educate the illiterate people on cancer and Aids awareness. Will be having lots of fun in the college and sports will be conducted in the college having tournaments.
