The overall experience is quite good at DDU GKP, I opted B.Sc in Mathematics and I learnt good concept from there and also faculty are good. The fee was very low because of government university and there is government scholarship also available. University contains very large ground and too many sports happen in university. I will rate this university 3 out 5 and it will improve if they improve their university policies.

This university takes their own entrance exam and entrance exam was average and they ask basic question of 10 and 12 and there is about 200 seats in B.Sc mathematics course in DDU Gorakhpur.

The faculty were old persons, mostly 70 percent faculty is 55+ in age and their teaching methodology was awesome, from there I grasp my physics and mathematics knowledge more better and I am very lucky because I learnt from some great teacher and though they are strict but they also support in learning in best way, they always clear doubt after making joke of my knowledge that’s why I became a good student in university and got 6th rank in university in B.Sc maths.

No placement cell in our university but from this year they are going to open placement cell.

Yes, the hostel is available in our university, some hostel are too poor and some are best because some hostel are constructed in last 5 year

Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University has average infrastructure because it is one of oldest university in my area and my father also learnt in this university it is approx 60+ year old, there are various academic block according to course and some block building are average and some are good. The overall structure are awesome and there is no difficulty in finding block but due to large area we have to walk so much and some time it become so hectic there is no inside transportation facility and there is no such good amenities but huge ground, we play many sports.

The crowd in my university is awesome, there are many courses so crowd is awesome in our university, there are many political event in our university and university also conduct student leader election and election is very famous, there are very few clubs as art, dance, singing etc. but they are not much engaging, lots of sports fest happens in our university, our university took too much interest in sports and there is NCC also available. There is huge contribution in NCC by student and area of our university is awesome because it is in the centre of city and greenery in our university.
