Overall Rating
VIIT Pune provides best opportunities to the students in all the aspects, whether in academics or extracurricular activities. Students get chance to follow their hobbies while studying here. Faculty and management staff is cooperative in general.
 

Academics Rating
The course that I chose is Artificial Intelligence, which is in demand currently. Being passionate about AI, I really wanted to enroll in this course. For lateral entry in this specialisation, the maximum marks in Diploma you should have are 89.43%. We only have one end-sem exam. In between that, there are some project submissions, small tests, etc. The syllabus is designed after discussing it with students and industry experts and it is really helpful in real life scenarios and can help the students landing better job.
The fee structure in VIIT Pune depends on the category. Furthermore, you can get scholarship by government of Maharashtra too.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty is really well qualified as all are PhD holders. Every faculty member is really very supportive and brings lot of opportunities in every field. Most of faculties teach us through PPTs and practical based study is focused in our institute. They all are really supportive.
 

Placement Rating
Teachers or faculty members provide us with the career guidance through various sessions. They also help us in being placed by regularly updating us about the opportunities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is really good. Apart from essential facilities, all the other utilities such as stationary, canteen, etc. required by students are available here. There is vending machine as well. Parking facilities is also provided by the institute.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is really very good. Various events take place here. The crowd here is moderate due to the size of campus. Various activities are held in our institute, which provide extra exposure to us. Fests are also conducted every year for students to enjoy. My experience has been good until now.

    I got to know from my friend that VIIT is one of the topmost colleges in Maharashtra. As I was clearing the cutoff for B.Tech branch that I wanted, I immediately applied for admission through CAP rounds. College has a really good infrastructure.
