Facilities of GGCT Jabalpur from Last Year Student’s Perspective

Overall Rating
First, GGCT Jabalpur is the most renowned college in Jabalpur. It helps students to prepare for the campus placements. Maximum of the students are placed in good companies. It arranges various competitions in both technical and sports field. Teachers are always supportive to students and various events are held in the college. Overall, it is a good college in terms of quality and consistency.
 

Academics Rating
I chose this course because I was having interest in learning technical skills. For the entry in college, you need to have good marks in your 10th and 12th class. You should also have given JEE exam. You are allotted college by counseling and then registration is done. Then, college council calls you when you need to get admission. Exams are held in semester. There are total 8 semesters in 4 years of engineering.
Annual fee for the college is Rs. 60,000. There are two semesters in a year and in each semester, the fee is Rs. 30,000. Scholarship is also provided.
 

Faculty Rating
Teachers here believe in more practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge. Digital classrooms are available for the students. All the faculty members are supportive and always ready for helping students whenever required. There are 3 sections in my batch. In each section, there are approximately 70 students. They also use PPTs for teaching students. Students can ask if they have any doubt in any subject. Teachers try their best to solve a problem brought by the students. Teachers also provide notes to the students.
 

Placement Rating
Placement cells provide various new opportunities to the students. Average package for the college is 3.6 LPA.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of the college is good. The college is spread around 2000 acres. Good chairs are provided by the college. Library consists of all the books related to the subject. Labs in the campus are well equipped. Canteen is also there in college; good quality food is available. Various sports such as cricket, badminton, and handball are played in the college. In addition, there are coaches for different sports.
 

Campus Rating
Overall campus is average. College is crowded as multiple courses are there in the college. There are various clubs in the college, which help students to enhance their skills. Various competitions are held by college in both technical and sports field. Various fests are organized by the college and various famous celebrities come to college. Different festivals are celebrated in the college. It maintains a proper balance between extracurricular activities and studies. My experience was good in the college as it is good in both quality and quantity.
