Overall Rating
Till now, my experience has been amazing. The overall environment is very safe. Dharmsinh Desai University gives amazing experience. The cleanliness and maintenance of the university is done regularly. I personally chose this university because of safety reasons, infrastructure, amazing teaching faculty, and the reputation that in general DDU has. Ragging is strictly prohibited here which is not found in other universities.
 

Academics Rating
The teaching is so great that after attending every class your interest for the field increases. Each and every topic is made crystal clear and is always taught in a manner that is clinically useful. There are four major exams in a year and part ending after completion of each chapter. The eligibility criteria for the college depend on your category but in general, you have to qualify NEET exam.
Rs. 4,50,000 is the fee for each semester. This is fee for the students who had taken admission through government quota. Fee for management quota students is Rs. 22,00,000 per year. SC students get free ship card, which involves complete payment of their fees and students whose parents’ annual income is less than 6 Lakh some scholarships.
 

Faculty Rating
There are 7 to 8 teaching faculty members for each subject a head of department 2 associated professors, 2 to 3 general professors and again 2 to 3 tutors. Each faculty has done MBBS in reputed colleges and further studies for mad in a well-known colleges. Each faculty member is highly qualified and deserving for the job. Various teachers have various style of teaching some use blackboard and some prefer PPTs, while other makes the session interactive.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, Dharmsinh Desai University does offer residential facilities. There are both AC and non-AC rooms available. Girls' rooms are in triple sharing and for boys, it is in twin sharing. Rooms have attached washroom and a balcony. It is well furniture with each student getting an almirah, study table, chair, and a bedside table. Hostel and mess fees are included which is Rs. 75,000 for non-AC and Rs. 90,000 for AC rooms. Mess food is average.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is extremely huge having separate only 2 to 3 departments on a single floor. Classroom is surely bigger than the actual strength of the batch. All of them are also well maintained and furnished. There are two libraries in the building itself attached with multiple reading rooms. There one canteen in MBBS building. The College is having indoor game facilities like chess, carom, table tennis, etc. and outdoor games like cricket, football, badminton dodge ball, kho-kho kabaddi, etc.
 

Campus Rating
Overall, campus life is amazing with amazing batch mates and supportive seniors. College crowd is average but can be improved. Make sure to choose your company wisely. There's a sports week in the university.

    Dharam Singh University is the best college & university for learning. Students can get all knowledge required for life, academic, career, future. Here it is also celebrated culture event called "felicific" every year in month of February. There is so many facilities like library, sports ground, canteen, hostel provided in very good manner....     I was a part of Dharmsinh Desai University for BBA and from my understanding the University is way below expectation. I was a part of the celebrations when the University completed 50 long years and maybe it was a brand name then but as of now the ratings have just deteriorated. Thank God that I have to review point wise and that will make my review easier. My review is for the ones who are thinking of taking admission to this University for BBA course a complete no-no.
