Best engineering education and training institute of pune

Overall Rating
Our college is a part of Symbiosis International University which is established in the year 2008. I had decent experience on my institute because the faculties are very good but the curricular is very hectic. All are best in this college but we never get extracurricular activities. But their teaching style is very good. I choose this institute because I want to become a software developer.
 

Academics Rating
Symbiosis Institute of Technology is having own SITEEE entrance exam, you can take admission through JEE entrance exam. The college fees is very expensive. In 1st year I paid Rs. 2,50,000 as admission fees. It varies with branch to branch. Sports scholarship is available, but for general category student they did not provide any scholarship.
 

Faculty Rating
Our faculties are very smart and experienced; they help you with your projects as well as motivate you to participate in activities like coding, quiz. They also provide extra class for GATE exam. They are professional trainer with having PhD. Our director Dr. Ketan Kotecha he has been granted Baba-Newton fund for his research in AI.
 

Placement Rating
Starting from 3rd year student they provide placement opportunities. Placements start in 3rd year Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys, TCS, OYO, Byju’s, Siemens, Schneider come here for requirements. The average salary package offered was from 9 LPA to 10 LPA. Most of the company asks for 60% throughout cadidate. But you have less percentage you can apply outside also.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel fees are also expensive like they take Rs. 1,00,000 per year. But I stayed in private mess with less price. In hostel TV, lawn, garden, 24*7 electricity backup also available. Almirah, book selves they provide. Rooms are 3 sharing to 4 sharing.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The class rooms are good especially the labs equipments are good. The LED presentation screen where we give our presentation of our final year project. Beside this institute there is a hospital for medical help. Auditorium, sports ground. Apart from banking section and account section and situated near admission section. For all faculties special room is allotted.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life having mix experience. Because of Covid we could not enjoy much. But in 2019 to 2020 January we enjoyed a lot. In 2019 and 2020 I participated in annual sports and won medal and certificate. We celebrate lots of function, festival, trekking, and study tour. There is social activity clubs where you can take participate and you never feel alone because all faculties are like friend.

    If one has the hunger and time to digest it all, they can experience something good or something bad. But one thing's for sure, it'll be something new. I chose this institute mainly because of its campus and teaching culture which gives a very fresh feeling. Every day when I am on my way to the campus, I look forward to learn new things....   • SIT is a happy place for students

    'Symbiosis' is one of the top names in education in India, but I came to know about this College while I was in the final year of my engineering. I am glad that I did because even though Covid came and placements were delayed a bit but the College made sure that all of us had placements come what may.     When I told everyone that I am going to Symbiosis many people told me that it is over hyped and whatever. Well, in my books it wasn’t as firstly, the institute enjoys a solo campus as it is affiliated to Symbiosis International University but engineering campus is no short of being called a campus to desire for life long.
