Overall Rating
Kandula Sreenivasa Reddy Memorial College of Engineering is best into YSR district compared to other colleges present in the nearby locations. The college infrastructure is good; the faculties are good and supportive. There are some clubs in which you can participate if you are interested. If you want to study Civil Engineering this college is perfect and one of the best in the entire state.
 

Academics Rating
The course chosen by me was CSE branch because I'm interested in computer and this college is perfect fit for my branch. For taking admission in Kandula Sreenivasa Reddy Memorial College of Engineering you have to apply for the AP PGCET and qualify it with good marks. The college also conducts a separate entrance test named KGCET, if you got top 10 ranks your entire course will be free of cost and if your rank in between 100 then the building fee will be waived off. Kandula Sreenivasa Reddy Memorial College of Engineering is mainly focused on offering practical knowledge to the students.
The college fee for the CSE and ECE branches are Rs. 1, 20,000 and Rs. 1, 00,000 per year respectively. For civil and mechanical branches the fees are Rs. 80,000 and Rs. 90,000 per year. The registration fee is Rs. 2,000 and building fee will be Rs. 7,500 per year. The building fee is zero for candidates belonging to SC/ST caste and EWS. The scholarship is offered to the students who have qualified APPGCET or KGCET. If you qualify the exam then the present fee reimbursement will be around Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 50,000 per year if you maintain good academics.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are good and they all have Ph.D in their respective courses, so they are capable of teaching the course at their best. For better communication they organise seminars and group discussion about the chapters. Their teachings methods include the use of blackboards and PPTs for better understanding. The problem solving abilities are best if you go to them with doubt they clarifies it with best example. The teacher to student’s ratio is 1: 20. I think the faculties are good and supportive in every situation.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell is present in Kandula Sreenivasa Reddy Memorial College of Engineering. For this you have maintain at least 70% academics by the end of third year in order to participate in the interview held by companies in college. The package are offered in between 3-9 LPA and top MNCs also visit here sometimes and startup companies can also pick the candidates they are searching for.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel at Kandula Sreenivasa Reddy Memorial College of Engineering is good and building is nice. The food quality is good and hygienic in the hostel. The wifi connection is good and there is CCTV in the college. There are strict rules for the students here. There are wardens in the hostels. Yes, the girls and boys have separate hostels. The fee will be Rs. 45,000 per year and you can pay it in installment as there is choice. In my experience hostel is good. The night life is best at the hostels of Kandula Sreenivasa Reddy Memorial College of Engineering.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is good with different blocks for different branches. The campus is up to 20 acre land and the classrooms are average. The library is good and has best books and computer systems. Whether you want to search online or offline, all the facilities are available there. The sports facilities are best in the college because this college contains two cricket ground and competitions are also organised here. But one of the grounds is leased to cricket association for national games. The sports ground and infrastructure of blocks are amazing.
 

Campus Rating
The overall college life at Kandula Sreenivasa Reddy Memorial College of Engineering is good but I was not able to experience it fully because I was a student during the Corona period. But we have experienced freshers party, farewell party, college day, and many other big events with full of joy. There are some clubs within the college for NCC, social media, seminar, speech cultural, sports, etc. A lot of festivals were also celebrated in Kandula Sreenivasa Reddy Memorial College of Engineering with joy.
