A Student’s Perspective about NIT Warangal

Overall Rating
NIT Warangal is too good for study and to participate in other events. You can learn a lot form the institute. But the only thing is, one has to manage a lot apart from studies and also to participate in extra events.
 

Academics Rating
Academics are good at NIT Warangal. They have good academic schedule and also syllabus contains lots of stuff that you can learn a lot from. They have added lot of advancements inside the syllabus. To get admission in M.Tech one has to qualify in GATE exam, and if you get seat through GATE you will also get stipend every month. You can also join through self sponsor process.
Fee structure is quite high. One has to pay around Rs. 75,000 per semester including mess and hostel fee.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty at NIT Warangal is well qualified and experienced. Most of the faculty members are Ph.D degree holders from IIT’s and NIT’s. Teaching method includes PPT s, blackboards and also group discussions. Most of the faculty uses case studies from the research papers to gain advancements from the latest researches. They are very helpful especially in research works; you can get any kind of help regarding your projects, research works, etc.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure at NIT Warangal is too good that, the campus contains all kind of facilities such as CIRF, Siemens lab, Central library, well equipped labs, workshops, digital classes, sports ground, canteen, stores, medical facilities, ambulance in case of emergency, stationary, food street, transport facilities, clubs, etc. There are a lot of things to explore here.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is so good that you can get all kind of facilities inside the institute campus and also can learn a lot. Events are organised here monthly. NIT Warangal has a mini theatre setup in which every week they will play one film. Overall, the campus life at NIT Warangal is good as there is a lot of stuff to do.

    So my institute name is NIT Warangal, it is in Telangana. I got here through JOSAA. I chose this particular institute because of its placement percentage and learning environment. Here every second you will be surrounded with the brilliant brains of India, this also provides platform for various clubs like robotics club, etc. It has big library which is open all the time....     NIT Waranagal does not need any introduction. It is one of the most prestigious institutes in India. However, my particular reason for joining this institute over other institutes is its placements and internships. Awesome placements.     The overall NIRF ranking of the National Institute of Technology Warangal as per the latest data is 21 in engineering category. It stands among the top three NITs of India that's why I chose NIT Warangal to pursue my graduation from here. Also the placement in CSE in very good.
