A Glimpse at the Life at KIIT, Bhubaneswar

Overall Rating
My overall experience was really good at KIIT, Bhubaneswar. Campus life was really decent and you can enjoy your entire university life here. Faculties are really very good and helpful. You can experience vast amount of practical knowledge and lab experience apart from your course curriculum. A department wise library was there for 24*7 reading and writing. It’s a very decent institute because of its reputation and placement.
 

Academics Rating
I have selected Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering because of its course structure. In this course you can gain knowledge about hardware as well as software. For admission into this college you have to crack KIITEE exam and based on your rank in this exam you can take admission. As per market strength and industry requirement CSE and ECE are best stream, you can choose any one of these.
Total fees at KIIT, Bhubaneswar for my course was Rs. 14,00,000 and per semester fees is Rs. 75,000 and Hostel fees is Rs. 50,000 per semester.
 

Faculty Rating
All faculties are really very good and helpful. You can select faculty at your own. Digital board is there in every classroom. Problem solving ability is also very good. In first year class schedule is little bit hectic but from third sem schedule is very good. The student teacher ratio is 1:12. You can ask your doubt and numerical in the classroom and try to attend every class for mid sem purpose.
 

Infrastructure Rating
In KIIT, Bhubaneswar campus is very nice, there is 750 acre area campus and every building is very beautiful and you can enjoy it. MBA campus is so beautiful. In every campus there is a food court, Gym, sports ground, and library. Central library was also there for 24*7 reading and department wise library was also there. My favorite place is garden and the library in KIIT campus.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life is pretty good but make sure that you have at least 7 CGPA in your 6th sem because in the end of 6th sem placement session is started and every company will ask for 6-7 CGPA for eligibility criteria. College crowd is very huge in computer science branch but in this stream placement is also very good. Fest will held every year in the month of November - December.

    KIIT is an Institute where the main goal of the Institute is educates tons of children. The batch of 2024 has more than 4000 admissions. I had no other good choice rather than to join this Institute. KIIT provides a beautiful natural environment for students to study and perform their various vocational activities.
