Vartak College Vasai: Best for Pursuing B.Com

Overall Rating
Vartak College Vasai is best for higher education. This college is affiliated with Mumbai University. This college is best for me because fee is less than other colleges and scholarship is available for some caste student. Its infrastructural facilities are also best. This college is nearby the station. This college is best in sports and entertainment. This college has one big hall for annual function and big ground for students to play game.
 

Academics Rating
I am interested in Finance and Accounting that is why I chose B.Com in this college. People who are interested in making career in Finance, Account, and Business, then they should enroll in this college. The requirement for this course is to be 12th passed. The eligibility criteria is that students must have 80% marks in 12th to select in this college or based on merits. For SC, ST, and OBC students, seats are available in low percentage.
The fee for my course is only Rs. 4,000 per year. This fee includes all the charges. There is also special discount for category students given. Scholarship are provided to students.
 

Faculty Rating
There are 6 teachers in B.Com department. All the teachers are knowledgeable. All the teachers have done PhD in different fields. Different methods are available to teaching like blackboards, PPTs, etc. They have solved your all issues. There is ratio of students to teachers in my college is 100:5. According to my experience, the faculty members are good. If you have any issue, they will solve your problem quickly. In addition, there is feedback form available for students to complaint or issue.
 

Placement Rating
In Vartak College Vasai, placement is available. College conducts job fair, where many companies visit to hire candidates. My experience about placement is good as I was placed in good company.
 

Hostel Rating
College also offers hostel facility for student who live far from college. 50 to 60 rooms are available. In addition, there are separate hostel for girls and boys. Food is provided in college from time to time. Yearly fee for hostel is Rs. 6,000. There are CCTV cameras also. Many rules and regulations are there for students. I did not have experience of hostel but my friend told me about that because he lives in hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus of college is good and size is also huge. There are 10 classes in each floors. Seating capacity of each class is above 160 students. CCTV camera are there in all the classrooms. Wi-Fi facility is also available for students and staff. There is library where all the books are available along with the study room where students can study without disturbance. Computer lab is also available for the students of all the streams. Canteen facility is also available. Sports, medical, security, and transport facility is good here.
 

Campus Rating
My experience in campus is very good. There is not too much crowd here because each stream or course has classes at different timings. Yes, extracurricular activities are there for students who are interested. Each year, college conducts annual functions. My experience in campus life is extremely good. I suggest others students to join this college.

    I am a CA student and have to attend CA lectures and tests, so for me Vartak College was perfect as it has no compulsory attendance.     The college has quite large campus. The faculty for each course had expertise. The college principal is always present for our help and for handling the programs. Their are total 3 buildings and 1 large auditorium. There is a Sahitya Katta where students prepare for competition.
