NFSU Gandhinagar: Best for Forensic Sciences Enthusiasts

Overall Rating
The experience of NFSU Gandhinagar is very good. I chose this university because of its status of National Importance under the Ministry of Home Affairs. The course of Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation is the premier course, which is only available in this university across whole country. This field is very important in various organizations and financial institutions, and this made me choose this course.
 

Academics Rating
The course chosen by me is BBA MBA integrated course. The eligibility criteria for this course are passing 12th class with a minimum of 60% marks. The admission process contains of an entrance exam NFAT that is conducted by the university itself. We have two term assessments: mid semester and semester end examinations in the whole semester. The university curriculum teaches us the principles, which are even applicable in the daily life.
The course fee is Rs. 66,500 per semester for BBA and Rs. 76,500 for MBA. The fee of Rs. 76,500 is applicable after 6th semester i.e. from 7th semester.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are quite experienced and have an expertise in their field of knowledge. The faculty members are mostly of Commerce or Business background. They have an excellent knowledge of their fields. There are nearly 70 students in the class for which the teachers are properly suitable and efficient. They are also friendly and are keen to help students with anything they need. The method of teaching for all the teachers is proper. They teach in a way that we understand the points.
 

Placement Rating
The university provides placements. Companies like EY, GT, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG etc. visit for the in-campus recruitments. The average package is nearly 8 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostels are provided to only 2 to 3 students per batch. The fee of the hostel is Rs. 1,96,800 per year for AC room. The quality of food is on an average side. The overall infrastructure of hostel is good enough.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of NFSU Gandhinagar is very good. The classrooms are equipped with high quality teaching devices and are fully air-conditioned. The overall infrastructure quality of the university is very good. All the facilities are present here like seminar halls, auditoriums, sports arena for badminton & table tennis and many more things. The library of the university is way modern and has mostly books, journals, & magazines for easy access of the students.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is decent in NFSU Gandhinagar. The crowd of university is of a mixed kind. It has students from all over India and also different parts of the world. Currently, there are no active clubs in the university but they are under the process of formation as of now. Fests & activities in the university are expected to be organized from frequently in the coming years. As the university is still new, many things are under process but overall the campus life is good and peaceful.

    The overall experience at NFSU is above average and students who are really interested in the field of Cyber Security should choose this university because the course is quite aligned with the industry standards.     My experience at NFSU has been no short of a roller coaster ride. I initially joined it because of the uniqueness of the course and the assurance of a 5-year integrated degree, but later fell in love with the place, the people and the festivals.     Holistically the university is decent, considering the fact that it's a pretty new institute of national Importance. It has been doing great. The placements in other schools are decent and if one really wants to study, they can easily get in this university.     The overall experience at NFSU is above average. The University is decent, considering the fact that it's a new University of national importance. The University is very well reputed and has a great brand value. I would not say that it really lives up to the hype, but it definitely is a fine University.
