Sneak Peak of AIT Kanpur: Course, Campus, & Clubs

Overall Rating
My overall experience is too good in AIT Kanpur. It provides better quality of education in comparably low fee. It provides students a better platform to improve skills and experience. It has well maintained labs. It also organizes some motivational lectures to motivate students. In my institute, we have fully experienced faculty. It also provides some extracurricular activities inside institute. All infrastructure of the institute were well-maintained and clean atmosphere.
 

Academics Rating
Basically, I opted B.Tech in Mechanical branch in the institute. It provides me better theoretical as well as practical knowledge. The entry requirement of that institute is to ensure that student has completed minimum 10+2 having 60% marks. Admission process of the institute is very simple. it is one-day process. It provides good quality of study in the institute along with all students. It is very easy to take admission.
Basically, my fee structure is 1 Lakh per year.
 

Faculty Rating
In my Mechanical department, Dr. Mayank Maheswari is an HoD of the department. They have good quality of teaching skills. There are many subject wise faculty. They are well-qualified teachers. They have good technical and practical knowledge. The problem solving ability of the faculty is good.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell of AIT Kanpur is good. It provides good placement for the students to improve their skills and join industries.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, AIT Kanpur provides a hostel for students to live inside the institute. In my institute, there two hostels, one for girl and other for boys. Hostels have good environment. It provides good quality in the hostel mess. Yes, girl’s and boy’s hostels are separate. Hostel fee is about Rs. 65,000 per year. My all experience about hostel is good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus academic blocks are good. The campus is is very huge and situated at Rooma Kanpur near National highway. The classrooms are well maintained and fully air-conditioned. In every and each classroom, we have projector for digital learning. In my institute, we have a huge library and 1 seminar hall named as Zahida was well maintained. We also have 2 canteens. It provides good quality food at the best price.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life is overall good. It provides a better quality education. The institute crowd is effectively enough. Yes, many extracurricular activities are organized by the institute like techshala, Reeth, and many more. It has 3 annual fests organized by AIT Kanpur like Fresher’s Party, Winter Gala, and Techfest. It also organizes ‘Oorja’, a sports event in a every year.

    Allenhouse Institute of Technology offers many undergraduate courses and being a local resident was the ideal choice for me. The admission process is through an entrance and even a lesser score can fetch you this college as it has various seats. I didn’t get the program of my choice but was still ok as the college is nearby my home and I don’t regret taking admission in this college.
