Life in Midnapore College: Studies & Campus Life

Overall Rating
I had a nice experience in 2.5 years at Midnapore College. It is an awesome college to start your college journey, as study environment is good enough. The placement opportunities are high for a B.Sc course from other colleges. The college provides us the opportunity to make goals by different events, curricular activities in our academics. NCC is the most important thing in our college, which you can apply besides your course.
 

Academics Rating
Computer science is a good field to develop your career in technical lines. IT sectors are growing well in today's era. Therefore, it is possible to get a high paying job in your future. In addition, Midnapore college provides the environment to make you perfect in your developing skills. In addition, you can also get government jobs from tech background as well.
Semester wise, you have to pay about Rs. 8,000 where the fee structure is like academic development fee is Rs. 4,990, tuition fee is Rs. 660, exam fee is Rs. 1,000 College development fee is Rs. 300, admission fee is Rs. 100 electricity bill is Rs. 250 (per month) and others Rs. 500. College provides SVMCM and national scholarship as per merit, which gives students an amount of Rs. 18,000 and Rs. 12,000 respectively in a year.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members have good enough skills and teach all the topics properly. They help students in regarding anything. There use group discussion, PPTs, and black board to teach. The background of all teachers in our department is in line. Teachers are so friendly.
 

Placement Rating
There are so many tech and non-tech companies, which come to offer high paying job as per your skills. Those are Wipro, Accenture, TCS, SentientGeeks, Cognizant, etc. They offer minimum of 3 LPA package and a highest of 5 LPA package.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus of Midnapore College is so attractive. Huge campus of Midnapore college attracts the most of the students. Classrooms are classy style. Library provides you all the possible books that are needed for your studies. Seminar hall feels like a cinema hall and main attraction of the college. We go to the canteen, library, and study rooms.
 

Campus Rating
I have enjoyed campus life so much. When the classes are over then I with my friends used to spend time in the campus. Indoor and outdoor games, music, dance all curricular activities are going on along with our academics. ‘Anandram’ is one the most attractive fest that is organized by our college in a year between February and March. Many singers come to perform during that time. It is the most enjoyable thing in college life.

    I choose this college as I want to pursue my higher study in physics. This among the top hundred colleges in all over India. Its NIRF ranking is 73 all over India. This is the best college in our district almost all of alumni of this college are in best institute in our country and outside also.
