Manipal University Jaipur is a NAAC A+ accredited university situated on Jaipur's outskirts. The campus is a visual treat to anyone even passing by. Apart from visual aesthetics, it offers a wide variety of UG and PG courses from a wide range of disciplines such as science, arts, and commerce, making up for its academics.

The course that I applied for was B.A. (Journalism & Mass Communication). The entrance was a pretty smooth ride to begin and end with. It required me to submit my 10th & 12th board certificates depending on which I got selected. Following this was an interview with the faculty of my department for the confirmation of my seat where I talked about my interests within the film and journalism industry.

I got a couple of the best professors namely Dr. Ambika Bhagat and Dr. Lakhan Raghuvanshi who continue to be a supporting pillar and an advisory backup in my academic decision-making. Apart from these, the rest of the faculty made up for a decent teaching environment excluding a few. Though one great thing about all the faculty was that they were always available to help out students with their academics as well as curiosities.

Manipal University Jaipur has one of the most beautiful campuses one could possibly visit. It lacks nowhere when it comes to its infrastructure. The academic blocks, the dome-shaped admission block, the amphitheaters, the football and crickets grounds along with the tennis court, basketball court, and a shooting range among a few more are maintained to their best capacity and are always available with every updated equipment one could require.

One gets to get the most out of both worlds namely academics and extracurricular if one truly engages in both or they can keep up with whatever entices them more. There are all sorts of clubs that one join to refine their skills in their given interests except these are more accessible to the hostellers as they are only functional after the official college hours are over, i.e. after 6 pm. Apart from this, the annual cultural fest called Oneiros is a very engaging fest that attracts students from all colleges within and outside Rajasthan. There are famous musical performances as well as dance, sports, and creative events including exhibitions and food stalls among a lot of other attractions.
