IET Lucknow: One of the Best Institutes in Lucknow

Overall Rating
Overall experience of IET Lucknow is very good. The placement is very good as the average package is around 6 LPA, which is good for B.Tech At night, we love our campus, as it looks very beautiful. The security of campus is also very good.
 

Academics Rating
The course I have chosen is Electronics & Communication Engineering. I have chosen this course as I get the same at my rank. You have to give JEE Main exam and have to scored well in it for this institute. For admission, you have to register for UPTAC counseling and you get this institute. The exams are 2CTs and 1 end sem exam conducted by institute per semester.
The total fee of my course is around Rs. 84,000 yearly including all the charges. Tuition fee is Rs. 72,000, registration fee is around Rs. 1,000. There are around 3 seats, which is of fee waiver, which is provided in every branch of top ranked students in the basis of JEE Main rank. We get UP scholarship of around Rs. 57,000 per year.
 

Faculty Rating
In our department, HOD is Subodh sir. He is very kind and hardworking member of our department. All the faculties who teach us are generally from IITs. The faculty is very good and teaches very well. They use PPT's blackboard and smart board. Our facility is very well qualified and able to solve difficult questions easily. The teacher to student ratio is also good. My experience is very good with faculty. One of the best teachers in our department is Mr. Rajiv Sir.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have placement cell in IET Lucknow. We have to work hard to get placement. On campus, placements are good but in off-campus placement, there are better chances. Average package is around 6 LPA. In addition, highest placement is around 47 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
No, I have not taken hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The academic blocks and structure is good and the roads are clean. Campus size is around 100 acres and the locality is good. Everything is available nearby the institute. The seating capacity of our classroom is for around 90 students. Classrooms are big, neat, and clean. Yes, our institute has almost every family like library, seminar hall, auditorium, conference hall but there is not any transport facilities.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life is good. Yes, there are a lot of clubs in IET Lucknow. I am the part of one club, which is Paramarsh. There are no any extracurricular activities organized by our institute. Yes, our institute organizes fest every year. The fest name is ‘Encore’. My department organizes ‘Ankuran’ every year. My personal experience of my campus life is good.
