Facilities & Faculties at MANIT Bhopal: My Candid Perception

Overall Rating
The overall experience is very good at MANIT Bhopal. We have a very wide lush and green campus of 650 acres. The factors that made me choose this college is its competitiveness, opportunities, and a good placement. Since our college is an institute of National Importance, many top companies visit here to offer on campus placements. The placement rate is about 85 to 90 percent. This is the reason why one should go for this institute.
 

Academics Rating
I am a student of Mechanical Department. I have chosen this course because I have very much interest in building and studying about engine, their working, etc. For getting admission in this college, you have to clear JEE Main with a rank of around 42k in OBC category. The admission process is somewhat hectic, requires many procedures to go through. The academics prepare us well for real life challenges.
The fee per semester for tuition is based on the annual income of the family. The fee for family income that is less than 1 LPA is 0. For more than 1 LPA but less than 5 LPA, it is Rs. 20,500. For more than 5 LPA, it is Rs. 62,500.
 

Faculty Rating
There are about 30 faculties member associated with my course. They all possess a very good understanding of the subjects they taught. They all have done PhD in the specific domain. Their method of teaching is also very good. They try to explain the topics with PPTs and projectors. They also try to inculcate discussions related thinking among the students. The teacher to student ratio is also very good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is average. The size of campus is very vast around 650 acres. We have central library where we can study, also there are many books you can avail for 3 months. There is SAC (Student Activity Center), where many seminars related activities used to happen. In each of the core department, There is 1 auditorium. We have sports complex where we can play almost all the games.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is the best at MANIT Bhopal. In first year itself, there are around 1200 students. There are many societies, clubs, and fests taking place throughout the year. The name of such fest is Maffick, Tooryanaad, and E-Summit. There is many sports events taking place. The clubs we have are Cultural club, sports club, technical club, and many more. We can join these clubs when the recruitment starts.

    The overall experience in Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology is better than anyone experiencing in any other engineering institute and it is one of the best colleges in Bhopal. The one of my main reason to choose this institute over any other institute is because of its location surrounded by lakes and mountains which give very attractive view to this institute.     First of all the location of MANIT is at high altitude so the climate is good and it makes it one of the best places. MANIT, Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology is spread in the area of 650 acres. The greenery makes the campus attractive and beautiful.
