Dairies of SJU Bangalore

Overall Rating
SJU Bangalore is one of the top institutes in Bangalore, which boasts finest education and cultural aspects. Students come here in large numbers as well. The education aspect in here is great and beyond compared to certain values. It imparts to the fellow rules. Academic life isn't so hectic. That is why you can have college life also that is pretty good and enjoyable, making you not just studies oriented but help to build you interest.
 

Academics Rating
I chose this course with interest in Journalism field and enhance my learning skills. There was an interview for admission, which was a bit easy. We have only 2 exams each sem: One internals another is end sem that is of 60 marks.
Fee during my first year was Rs. 70,000 and for second year, it is Rs. 74,000. We have scholarships provided from management and from government.
 

Faculty Rating
Teachers are very friendly and helpful. They guide you very well and teaching is friendly. Activities are presentations are prioritized helping students to learn. They also provide study materials, help us publish articles and attend many conferences in other states and interstate colleges making us explore various topics and places.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are four individual blocks for each stream like new block for commerce, Arrupe block for Arts, PG block for PG students and Science block for Science department. There is a separate building for canteen. There is skywalk that connects every blocks and also huge group. Each class has the capacity to hold 70 students. It is Wi-Fi enabled campus. There is a complete floor dedicated to library and spacious auditorium. In total, there are three canteens inside the campus.
 

Campus Rating
Apart from studies, there are extracurricular activities like fest and events happening regularly. There are numerous associations and cultural diversity, students from different parts of the country came here for studies. There is an inter college competition where other college students also come here and we go out the state for competition. Every day, there are stalls setup near the main gate. Most dignified and actors are called for each event of SJU Bangalore.

    I chose this university because of its nice reputation and another reason being, it's close to home so I was getting quality education in the subject that I wanted which in Economics and near home.     I think St. Joseph's University along with education also focuses on the holistic development of the students. It offers many options to students to enhance their skills. Students are friendly here and no discrimination against anyone is done. The faculty is highly educated and helps the students whenever they have any issues.
