CV Raman University An emotion

Overall Rating
My overall experience is good but not very good in CV Raman Global University, about curriculum and infrastructure all are well structured. All kind of facility they provide like transportation, Hostel, placement, health. So if you joined this institute you never feel regret. This is international university. Those who are interested to get placed in Top IT and core companies they can join without any hesitate.
 

Academics Rating
I am persuing B.Tech Electrical engineer. Per year they take 1.75 lakh including all charges. If you have 60% career in both matriculation and intermediate (+2) exam then you can take admission easily. I joined through JEE entrance exam. They provide all type of course like B.Tech, B.Tech lateral, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, Diploma, M.A, etc. Best thing is they give us high-tech training for every department; this is the best quality of this institute.
 

Faculty Rating
There is huge amount of faculty are present I think per each branch they are having 15 to 20 faculty. All faculty are permanent faculty most of them are educated from IITs, About Our lab assistants there practical knowledge is very good, Principal, Vice principal also good, All faculty are learned and have their subject knowledge in depth.
 

Placement Rating
This is university so many companies visits for on campus hiring. They provide placement for both 7th semester student and 6th semester student. For electrical department they provide core companies opportunities like Hitachi Global, Larsen and Toubro, Philips, In thermal power plants. They provide industry level training by giving all best kind of teaching experience.
 

Hostel Rating
About hostel life hostels are clean and cut to cut well structured. Hostel fees is Rs. 92,000 per year, this is huge amount but you can find all types of facility like health, quality food, they give 3 times nonveg and 4 times veg, All they have different menu. There is big dining hall is present where 500 to 600 student can eat at a time. In dining hall they installed T.V and for security they installed cctv camera in hostel gate.
 

Infrastructure Rating
CGU Odisha provides facility like Gym, swimming pool, hospital, Banking, For sports there is big cricket ground, basket ball ground is available. 1 central digital library is there, the library is totally Air conditioning room, Some class rooms are air conditioning, but all labs are air conditioning, There is big presentation all is there where all kind of seminar, convocation days are celebrate. For faculties they are having quarter.
 

Campus Rating
CGU Odisha Campus life is very good and peaceful. We celebrate lots of fests which name are Calegence, Rosni nights, The university is having full of green are I mean so many trees, garden are present which describes the beauty and good atmosphere. There are so many social groups are available like NSS, NCC, GDSC (Global Development Student Club). In my opinion CGU is good university in Odisha.

    Overall college is very good. Campus and infrastructure is also good. Placement is decent with average salary of 6 LPA. Admission process is very easy and also fee is very low as compared to other universities of Odisha. Hostel is also good and mess food is decent. Faculties are very friendly.... Read Full Review

    Overall Rating
    The institution is not too good or too bad. From the academic point of view, it's like other colleges in Bhubaneswar. I chose this college because I wanted to pursue mechanical engineering which I heard is particularly good in this college, which is true to a certain extent. The college premises are big and roomy, there aren't many buildings and the area is quite open. But this comes at certain costs; the college is located far away from Bhubaneswar, near Mahura which comes under Khurda district... Read Full Review

    The college is a good college with nice NIRF ranking and good placements. Students get good opportunities here and the infrastructure and college life is also good.
