KIIT THE TOP UNIVERSITY OF ODISHA

Overall Rating
KIIT University is biggest university of Odisha. It is situated in Patia, Bhubaneswar. This is known for its curriculum, this college curriculum is up to the mark. They only teach what today’s industry wants. It is a private University. All over India and around 60 country student are doing course here. University Strength is above 26000 students.
 

Academics Rating
Every course is provided here For technical Engineering courses are given by them, They also provide non tech course M.Sc, Medical course, and I choose Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech. Reason behind to take this course is they provide product base companies for IT students that’s why I joined this course. This course contains 5 year and around 18 lakh they take as per admission fees.
 

Faculty Rating
All faculties are best. Most of them are from research department so they know how and where to teach the students. Most of them are having Ph.D., Doctorate; we didn't feel like we studied at any college we felt that we studied at home. I don't know how many faculties are there because the campus is very big.
 

Placement Rating
They provide huge amount of campus placement, Training, summer internships, they provide product base companies requirement; in 2022 90% to 95% of student get placed. KIIT placement average package is around 7 to 8 LPA and highest package I know that 40 LPA. But My friend also get placed at Deloitte with a Package of 8 LPA also get placed at TCS with package of 5 LPA. They provide Mock interview, Grooming class, Pre placement class.
 

Hostel Rating
For all department they provide hostel, They provide both AC and non ac rooms, The Ac rooms cost is 60000 to 65000 and non ac rooms with 2 bed sharing is 40000 and for non ac 3 bed sharing is 28000, The bath rooms are attached, KIIT hostel is very big and cleaned, They provide good quality and hygienic food, you can’t find any kind of problem related to hostel. In hostel they provide, TV, Wi-Fi, Indoor games. Gymnasium.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology university campus is large, The class rooms are air conditioning, with smart projector. About labs IOT, AI/ML lab is present. The library of the university is one of biggest library of India. You can get free access for sports, they are having swimming pool, Basketball court, Badminton court which is present in indoor stadium. In KIIT khelo India Khelo which is government initiative is Organized here’ll type of facility you can find like transportation, banking, Hospitality.
 

Campus Rating
University is known for its good infrastructure, Best hospitality, and All festival we celebrate like one family. All the faculties, All staffs are really best. They give you all kind of help if you needed, You can find innerpiece. For scholar student they provide Scholarships. If you perform well they give you all possibility of help. Being An KIITIAN I Love My University as well as me also missed my University.

    I chose KIIT for many reasons and some of them are good infrastructure and rich coding culture. Here the environment is good and also the facilities are good. Campus is big green and there are many sports facilities and most faculties are good and we can share our problems with our mentors here and here overall experience is good.     KIIT is one of the private institutes you can consider if you don't get IITs, NITs, IIITs or any State Government Institute. Main reason for choosing this institute was affordability, the location, and also facilities. Also, there is such a good environment here for living in a very pleasant weather. Its tuition fee is high, but the hostel and mess fee are quite low. Tuition fees are Rs. 2 lakhs per semester for CSE branch and for others it is Rs. 1.75 lakhs to Rs. 1.9 lakhs.     The college life in KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar is one of the best college. Events are held pretty often. The entire University has greenery everywhere. Although the mess and hostel fee is pretty less as compared to other private college’s fee but the food in the mess is not so good at times.
