Banaras Hindu University Ranks 5th in NIRF

Banaras Hindu University is the largest residential university in Asia spread over a 1300 acres of campus. It stands with a position of 5th in NIRF ranking. Thus providing better education opportunities for higher studies. There are different departments for each and every field of study from Science, Arts to Commerce, Management studies, Law, Ayurveda, Vocational Studies, Fine Arts, Sanskrit, Agriculture Sciences, and many more. It also offers largest library and cyber library comprising of all genre of books. It also has international admission to foreign students.

The academics and curriculum at Banaras Hindu University are very well distributed according to the course structure. It has now adopted the New Education Policy which includes 4 year undergraduate course, comprising of 8 semesters. The course syllabus is accordingly maintained and reviewed with our experts so that students can benefit themselves. Students need to clear an all India level exam issued by NTA the CUET exam. The cutoffs are released and students are provided entry according to the marks obtained.

The fees are Rs. 2,500 per semester. It includes tuition fee Rs. 75, students welfare fund Rs. 400, academic assessment Rs. 100, faculty and extra activity Rs. 200, library fee Rs. 50, campus service Rs. 100, student health welfare Rs. 350, internet fee Rs. 100, and others.

The faculty members at Banaras Hindu University are very good and knowledgeable, experienced from the big management and B Schools. Their method of teaching is really nice presentation, group discussion written test and assignments are conducted. The faculties are approachable for problem solving and doubt discussion. The teacher’s student bonding is really very nice you can contact teachers in very polite and feasible manner. They always provide e a helping hand to students.

The infrastructure facility of Banaras Hindu University very good. It has good library and recently expanded to accommodate large number student. It also comprise cyber library providing surfing to computer to study. It has different grounds for each department and auditorium, hall, etc. there is canteen and a temple in the campus. The transport system comprise of bus facility which is completely free of costs. The hostel and mess facility are also provided which are allowed for every students studying in campus.

The overall campus life is very good. Banaras Hindu University comprise of different clubs and societies, annual fest which allows students for cultural and societal activities. There are different clubs like dance club ‘Talasya’, debate club ‘Samvaad’, and the music club ‘Mosique’ which enhance student engaging activities. The annual fest like Spandan and Kashi Yatra organised by students comprises of different competitions. Also, different art competitions like rangoli, drawing, painting, sketching, fine arts, etc. are held here in the university.
