My Experience at CHARUSAT University was Great

Overall Rating
My overall experience at CHARUSAT University was great. The teachers were very helpful and the course is well structured on both practical and theoretical aspects as students can gain experiences with tools. CHARUSAT University also offers professional courses which are helpful during the placements. The university also hosts industrial visits which can be very informative. Others should go to CHARUSAT University as they offers various courses such as business and engineering courses which are modified based on what industry requires.
 

Academics Rating
Exams were taken frequently and university encourages students for research papers and startup projects. The admission process is very easy and the eligibility criteria of the university are minimum requirements is 60 percentages and requires passing HSC examination. Academics includes internships which are mentored by professors and also helped me prepare for real life challenges through coding competitions and projects competitions by gaining skills like troubleshooting, problem solving, critical thinking and many more.
The CHARUSAT University provides scholarships for students whose HSC percentages are above 80% and there are other scholarships available as well. The university does not have any charges for registration and tuition fee is quite affordable.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are highly qualified at CHARUSAT University with various professional certifications. The professors use PPTs, Group discussions, and PDFs for teaching. Competitions for creating a good startup projects are mentored by the faculty members. The ability of problem solving of the faculty is very good. My experience with faculty members was nice as they help students to get experience with companies such as internships.
 

Placement Rating
The average packages offer started starts from 5 to 6 LPA. Placement cells help students with mock interviews and aptitude tests. Sometimes mass recruitments are also organised on the campus. The companies such as Tata Consultancy Services and Infosys visit the university for hiring students.
 

Hostel Rating
The university offers residential facilities on campus for girls and off campus for boys. Total number of rooms for 4 girl’s hostels is around 1000. The food provided by the hostels is quite good. Hostel fees are around Rs. 30,000 a year.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus of CHARUSAT University is huge includes with sports ground and canteens and security is very tight during the college hours. CHARUSAT University has its own hospital for medical emergency. Labs in CHARUSAT University are equipped differently as certain labs have IOS systems. The university hosts seminars and workshops so there are few large seminar halls. My favorite part from the infrastructure is library as it is very huge. The facilities which complements the academic experience is laboratories as students can learn different techniques and skills.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life was excellent as the college crowd was huge that including international students from different countries. There were academic clubs such AWS clubs and GCP clubs as well as sports clubs. Every year CHARUSAT University hosts cultural and sports events at the university as well as celebrations of festivals, alumni meets and concerts during winters. As students can take part and show their skills apart from their academics. My experience at CHARUSAT University was nice.

  • Charusat is like a grand palace

    Charusat is one of the top universities in Anand. Going to Anand from Ahmedabad was like a step back as there are many MBA colleges in Ahmedabad as well. If I had admissions in my desired college, I wouldn't have relocated to Anand. However, I am not disappointed at all and perhaps happy that I came here.   • CHARUSAT campus is quite lucrative

    CHARUSAT is one of the top universities in Gujarat. The university is much better than many of its counterparts. Charotar University is accomplished I nurturing not just academic but personal and social values in students. All this looks fine until the placements are done and here the university hasn’t delivered as per its reputation.     I have studied in Charotar University to do bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from 2014 to 2018. This college has best faculties having master degree and also PhD degree in their respected field. Every faculty provides best knowledge in respected subjects.
