Yenepoya Institute of Technology: A Strong Foundation for Education

Overall Rating
My overall experience in Yenepoya Institute of Technology is awesome, I choose that institute because they give importance to study more than programs but they are conducting programs also. The difference I saw there is the faculties are well trained and infrastructures are excellent. Even if they don't conduct many programs they give importance to their main program which is conducted only once in a year called YENSPLASH everyone in the institute will attend the program including faculties.
 

Academics Rating
The course I choose in Yenepoya Institute of Technology is Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science of Engineering (Internet of Things, Cyber Security and Blockchain Technology). I choose this course because IoT is something different than the other courses and something unique. The admission criteria are like we can have admission with entrance exam as well as management quota. The exams there is like they will conduct 3 internals in one semester as well as model exams and total there are eight semesters.
The fees for my course were above Rs. 8,00,000. The per year as tuition fee was Rs.1,30,000. The university fee is Rs. 12,000 for first sem then it will reduce to Rs. 3,000 and exam fees is like Rs. 4,000 per year.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties they are having is well trained and ready for solving whatever doubts we are having. Many of the faculties are like our friends itself. They will teach each and every student clearly and they are using latest teaching technologies. Also students will never get bored while sitting in the class room. If the faculty felt like someone is bored then they will make it good for the students.
 

Placement Rating
The placements offered by Yenepoya Institute of Technology are really awesome. Many of the students have got hired in good companies with high packages, almost everyone is getting placements. The average package will be like Rs. 7, 00,000.
 

Hostel Rating
The institute also provides hostel facility for the students they provide separate hostel for girls and boys. The hostels are always kept clean. The food they provide for hostellers is also good. Hostel timing is like we can enter to the hostel up to 8 PM.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of the institute is well advanced and especially the class rooms are much more advanced. They are providing modern technologies to their students. They also provide 24 hours Wi-Fi connection to each and every student. The canteen of this institute is also amazing actually they have one cafeteria and one canteen. In both of them they provide variety of dishes. They also provide huge collection of books in their Library.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life was good. The crowd in the institute was pretty huge but everyone will keep discipline and maintain the standard. No one will ever disturb anyone for anything if anyone is having any issues then they can complain to their mentors and strict actions will be taken. There are some clubs also and through these clubs the students can built self confidence and improve their skills. When I was joining the institute I had lot of expectations and I never became sad for choosing Yenepoya Institute of Technology.
