Overall Rating
It's an overall outstanding University in terms of education, infrastructure, enjoyment and hostel Life. Everything is quite nice at Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology. The thing which is different in our University from others is the lush green campus. There is a fisheries research centre also in our University which is phenomenal and beautiful landscapes having many fishes around. We all hangout there with our friends. It has a peaceful environment there. I chose this University because of the environment.
 

Academics Rating
Entry requirements are 10+2 PCB/PCB from CBSE. Students shall give UPCATET exam for the entrance for Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology. I pursued B.Tech dairy technology in counseling. As my first option was veterinary but I chose dairy technology because I can't get veterinary due to my low rank. This is also a good option as it does have a future as milk is very important for our economy.
Fee is quite good and minimal for each type of student whether it's someone from middle class family or rich or poor. The fee is around Rs. 3,00,000 for the whole course.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members at Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology are very experienced and have expertise in their own sectors related to the course. They have very good experience from renowned Universities such as NDRI KARNAL which is the no.1 dairy technology and sciences University in Asia. The teachers are very friendly and are straightforward and good in teaching and handling the students. They have experience in many companies such as Amul and Patanjali, Nestle, Mother Dairy and Yakult.
 

Placement Rating
Placement is good in Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology. Till now around 5 lakh is average. Package offered.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is the strongest point of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology. It has a huge acre size surrounded by farms and greenery all around. It does have beautiful landscapes and have a modern and luxury library to study. It is also fully air conditioned and in winters heaters are also available for comfortably studying. All the essential books and reports are available in the library for each type of course.
 

Campus Rating
We have an amazing campus and hostel Life at Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology as there are so many activities and various competitions take place from which it is very competitive here and amazing too. Fests and events take place once or twice a month. Sports meet is also organized by the University in which many chief guests are invited who have participated in Olympics and many great tournaments. Games like volleyball, badminton, table tennis, football, etc. are enjoyed by the students.

    My overall experience in SVPUAT Meerut is good till now because the faculty and professors teach very well. They are the reason that students can easily achieve 7 GPA or above which is good in academics.     The campus is good with greenery, plants and trees. It has separate laboratories such as Microbiology Lab, Pathology Lab, Physiology Lab, Surgery Lab, Gynecology Lab, etc. The university is large in area with poultry farm, pig farm, cattle, buffalo farm, etc.... Read Full Review
