My Point of View on AIMT Greater Noida

Overall Rating
AIMT Greater Noida is a private institution providing admissions various technical and non-technical degrees. The institute comes under the category of tier three institutes. The overall institute is excellent with good faculty members and supportive environment provided by the authorities but lacks in infrastructure. It provides average placement opportunities. The institute has anti-ragging policy and strict actions are taken against students who are found guilty.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering (Data Science). Considering the current trends, I opted for this course since it suits me the best. The eligibility criteria for admission in B.Tech is that the student should have passed 12th board exam with a minimum of 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Math. There are two modes of admission: one is direct admission through management quota seat and other is through counseling. Exams are held almost every month in our institute according to the latest guidelines provided by APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University. Our teachers prepare us accordingly.
The year wise fee is Rs. 1,35,000. Along with this Rs. 7,000 to Rs. 7,500 per semester is to be paid to AKTU. There are several scholarships provided by the institute. The scholarship is provided according to the marks scores by the student in 12th board exams. There is a separate scholarship for girls here. Other state scholarships are also available for students.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty of our institute is very humble and supportive. They clear all our doubts and are always ready to help us when we face any problem. All the faculty members are PhD holders in their respective fields. Their methods of teaching are also very apt which makes it very easy for us to understand all concepts .The teacher to student ratio of the institute is 1:30. The teachers provide us with all relevant study material and assignments.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell is average. It helps final year students with their internships, placements, and PPOs. Regular placement related webinars are held in the institute for students. Generally, local startups and companies come to our institute for mass recruitment offering packages ranging from 2 LPA to 8 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Two boy’s hostels and one girl’s hostel is present in our institute. The hostel facilities are apt for us students. However, the girl’s hostel warden is not good. All other facilities are available for students and they are average. The hostel has particular timings and strict rules and regulations. The annual fee for hostel is around Rs. 1,10,000.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is quiet good and up to the mark. However, some labs do lack behind, specifically computer labs. We have seminar hall, canteens, badminton court, basketball court, volleyball court, etc. Our institute is surrounded by lush green grounds and gardens. There is no medical facility in the institute. In addition, various food trucks, fast-food joints, street food vendors, cafes etc. are located near the institute. The canteen is very good of our institute. We have three canteens.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life at AIMT Greater Noida is good. Regular webinars, fests, and functions are held here for students. We have several cultural and educational events such as Dandiya night, fresher’s party, Christmas celebration, annual functions, Saraswati Puja, Holi celebrations, etc. Regular educational excursions are held for final year students. There are several shopping complexes and malls near the institute within a range of 1 KM. In addition, there are several hangout spots in and near the institute.

    Overall institute is good in the infrastructure and education but lacks placement as students often have to go through off campus placement. We have a great infrastructure as cleanliness is properly maintained. We have a lot of fest organised by the college. We often get the chance to meet so many industry experts as well....     My experience in AIMT Greater Noida is very good. I would rate it 4.9 out 5.0. This is the best college in Knowledge Park and I would suggest prefer to everyone go to this college.     Accurate Institute of Management and Technology was founded in the year 2006. The location is Greater Noida. It is connected to the AKTU in Lucknow. The AICTE also gave their approval. They offer undergrad, graduate, pharmacy, management, etc. courses. It resembles a large university. The institute offers a wide range of amenities, including transportation, the internet, banking, a canteen, and lodging.
