Being Last Year Student in COEP Technological University

Overall Rating
COEP Technological University is an oldest university in India and one of the best universities in Maharashtra. It provides best university experience. This institute provides best placements along with good level internships that any student wants in engineering course. Faculties and students have the best connection. Teachers are very friendly and supportive in academics with students. This institute has good infrastructure, which maintains historical presence. Overall this is worthy to take admission in here
 

Academics Rating
In this university, I chose Electronics & Telecommunication course over other core courses. Frankly, I wanted to take admission in CS branch but I did not get seat so I preferred this branch as it provides good opportunities to work in electronics, virology and in software also. To take admission in course for general students you should have 99+ percentile in CET exam. We have two types of exams in a semester one is mid semester of 30 marks and end semester of 60 marks.
Fee for first year is Rs. 90,600, 2nd year is Rs. 84250, 3rd year is Rs. 84,250, and last year is Rs. 84,250. We have opportunities to apply for Maha DBT and other private scholarships. In addition, hostel fee vary yearly but it is around Rs. 45,000.
 

Faculty Rating
Courses and faculties are best here as each subject is allotted to individual faculty. All the faculty members have good knowledge as they are done with their PhD. Most of faculties are good in nature and very friendly with students. Teacher to student ratio is about 2:5. Faculty helps students in their project work, extracurricular activities and in academic also.
 

Placement Rating
COEP has good alumni network so if we talk about placement then it works. University has good placements and highest package is around 52 Lakh Per Annum and average package is around 10-12 Lakh Per Annum.
 

Hostel Rating
If we talk about hostels, then each year students have their own hostel block and for girls there is only one big building. Hostel provides us good facilities like Wi-Fi, water cooler, cricket ground, and many others.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus has individual branch buildings and an academic complex. It also has two auditoriums that are main and mini auditoriums. In the university premises, it has a main building where higher authorities have their cabins. We have one big library and study room, which opens for 24/7. One of the best and favorite places in university is boat club, which is nearer to river. University also has various types of grounds.
 

Campus Rating
COEP Technological University gives students a best campus life, fun, and joy with friends. We make good friends because students came from different states of Maharashtra. University crowd is also best because students are having best academic background. In addition, students have many opportunities to spend their time in clubs, fest, and technical clubs. In university, we have one sports festival, one technical festival, and one cultural festival per year where students show their talents, skills, and outsiders allowed showing their talents.

    The overall experience at COEP (University of Engineering Pune) Tech has been really great. The teachers and faculty here are very welcoming. They help us in any difficulty in academics. Apart from academics, there are regular events in the university in almost every month. The university was building in 1856 and has the British era construction.     My overall experience is excellent as there is lot exposure. As COEP Technological University is a 3rd oldest and best college in whole Maharashtra after IIT Bombay, the alumni is excellent that made me select this university.     COEP is a well-established brand. It has a very strong alumni network. Most of the alumni are settled in US-UK. You have good respect in society when you say you are from COEP. It has a very rich legacy and tradition from British era. Seniors are very helpful. It has very good academics and research facilities. Placements are top-notch.
