Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology: A Journey of My Growth

Overall Rating
The beautiful college campus of Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology has motivated me to be the part of this college. The experience in this college is very memorable and is full of entertainment with friends from all over the India. The best part is our best faculty. All teachers are professional with so many years of experience in teaching. They are so friendly with the students and teach us for our best. This college is in Delhi NCR so it is easy to make plans with our friends to visit somewhere whenever we want and enjoy.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen B.Tech with CSE branch. As now a day’s CSE branch has became so popular and one of the main factors is also that this branch provides high salary income. The criteria for this branch in GCET and you have to score at least more than 85 percentile in JEE MAINS and 75%+ in PCM in your intermediate. You can apply through the AKTU counseling. After getting selected through the counseling this college will provide and guide you best for the real life challenges of your life and for better future.
The total fees of 1 year at Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology for B.Tech program is Rs. 1, 15,603 in which Rs. 1, 09,603 is the tuition fee and Rs. 5,000 is deposit which will be refunded. From the 2nd year your fees will be Rs. 1, 09,603. Including this you have to pay Rs. 7,500 as exam fees per year. And yes the college provides scholarship for the students who can't afford to pay fees.
 

Faculty Rating
The overall faculty at Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology is best. All the subjects have their different experienced faculty. They teach us with best of their examples. They teach us by using smart board, black board and provide us ppt notes also for better understanding. The teacher student ratio is also good in our college. And I have a great experience with our teachers they are so friendly and loving. Good faculties always provide a good road to their students.
 

Placement Rating
Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology has a good placement. Our college placement cells trains the students for better future. They provide the best faculty to trains only for the college placement. They teach us aptitude and ideas about the good interview skills. The average salary of our college is 5-6 lakh and highest salary is 44 lakh. And so many best companies visit our colleges in the placement time. They offer the good package according to the student’s skills.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the college provides good hostel facilities for boys and girls both. They both have their separate hostel with the 4 time meals and all the days there is a different menu. Mess food is so tasty.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology is built in 22 acres of land. The campus has 6 blocks. There is a big Library with good space of sitting and there is a big auditorium also for organising programs and events. Our college has a big ground also and they provide so many games for the students such as cricket, volleyball, basketball, football, kho-kho, etc. and a good cafeteria also where we can have good snacks. Medical and a transport facility are also made available here.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is so amazing and best. Here your 4 years are going to almost change your life. Our college has a great crowd. There are so many clubs in our college such as games club, science club, music club, coding club, dance club, studio club, and photography club and so on. So many extra activities are organised by the college to participate and entertain the students. And the biggest fest of North East India is organised in our college every year with so many celebrities and games. The overall experience at Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology is so entertaining and lovely.

    The college is Well Developed and has proper infrastructure. The Professors are well educated and are supportive. The college has a big library and has many opportunities for all the students like students can participate in clubs and events and into extra curriculum activities like sports and singing and dancing and hackathons and many more.     My overall experience is good. The college offer well balanced in campus life with good infrastructure, exposure, placements, and attendance criteria. The best thing I would like to point out is that you don't need to maintain 75 % even. If you have 60%, you are good to go. it’s not like other colleges, which don't even have a campus area and don't allow students to go out before lectures are over.     I have already spent 3 years in GCET Greater Noida, as I am a 4th year student in Mechanical department. My overall experience was like a rollercoaster with many difficulties. but at every moment, there were faculties and my friends to guide me through the problems.     Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology is affiliated to AKTU. It is situated at knowledge park 2 in greater Noida, UP. It is the best college amongst all the colleges situated in greater Noida. It is best at academics, placements, and infrastructure and in all other aspects like campus life also, among all engineering colleges situated near it.
