DCRUST is good institute

Overall Rating
It's a good University. If you study from campus itself, then it's a very unique experience. Campus is very large. Almost all of the faculties are available. DCRUST has got A grade ranking from NAAC.
 

Academics Rating
I had joined DCRUST University for masters of science in mathematics. Firstly after applying I had to go through entrance exam. After clearing that admission was finalized. It's nice all there.
 

Faculty Rating
Every department has a good amount of faculties. This university gives chance to outsiders/temporary teachers to enhance the students. Faculty is highly qualified. Almost all the teachers are PhD degree holders.
 

Placement Rating
As if my course didn't include placement, but I have heard from the engineering and management students that placement is good but there is no surety that you'll get a job.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facility is also available. If you want to stay in single room or with other roommate, it's your choice you'll get a suitable room at a very reasonable hostel fee. Hostel is in campus so students don't need to go outside.
 

Infrastructure Rating
DCRUST University campus is very large and is widely spread. Every department has a separate building. Huge Library with a plenty of books is available, in which book bank is also available. Medical support can be accessed as there is a small hospital within the University. Cafeteria is not as cool as not all things are available. Students have to rush outside for their daily needs.
 

Campus Rating
If I talk about studies, it's good. But as it is the university campus you'll not find much strictness. Students can enjoy and study at the same time. Functions are organised timely to keep the students engaged.

  • The college can be considered for admission for top 2 branches ( cse and ece)
     

    Overall Rating
    I have taken admission in this college by HSETES counseling last year. This college suits my personality as it provides me ample of time to discover the new discoveries. There is no strict attendance criteria for my branch and additionally there are various public holidays and weekends. This makes this college a place for the student who wants to take preparation of different government examinations.     The reason why I chose this particular university is because its fees structure is quite affordable, also it is a government university. It has good faculty and good facilities like huge lavish library, sports facilities, labs, etc. It provides hostel facility and food at an affordable cost.     Overall Rating
    The college is not good but the cons and pros differ from individual to individual. If you talk about it in a slightly balanced way as it is under the Govt. of Haryana and funded by Govt. But the management here is not good. The college doesn't provide good opportunities for placement. Because the top tech brands don't come here.... Read Full Review
