Pursuing Electrical Engineering from MANIT Bhopal

Overall Rating
I am pursuing B.Tech degree from Electrical Engineering. I have interest in this field since my school days. I have chosen this particular institute because it is the best engineering college. I was getting through my JEE rank. The placement rate of MANIT Bhopal is very good. Others should go here because here you are developing your mind among the brightest minds all over the country.
 

Academics Rating
Since, I am from Electrical department. The motive for this course is my interest in this subject and the experienced professors teaching here. For eligibility to get admission in this college, particularly in Electrical department from SC category is to get above 1 Lakh. There are mainly 2 exams taken mid sem and end sem. The academic here is very nice. I think it prepares us for facing the real life situation and solving them efficiently.
Since I belong to the category of having family income above 1 Lakh, there is no tuition fee charges for me. Hostel fee per annum is Rs. 20,500 per semester. The mess fees is Rs. 27,500 per annum.
 

Faculty Rating
In Electrical Engineering department, there are around 30 professors. They all are highly qualified and experienced. They have at least done PhD in particular subject. Their way of teaching is very nice. They explain concepts in such a manner that it can be understood by a all the students. They prepare slides and PPTs for our better learning. They are very helpful clearing all our doubts within the class . We have a very good bonding.
 

Infrastructure Rating
MANIT Bhopal has a lush green campus. If I talk about the campus’ academic blocks and structure, it is average according to me. Academic blocks of core branches are well structured and organized and have well equipped labs facilities. The size of campus is large around 650 acres. The classrooms are well equipped with projector and digital board. There are auditoriums available in each core department. There are 4 electrical buses that are running continuously. There are guards for security purposes.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is very nice. If I talk about the crowd, so there are around 4000 students all over the final year from 1st year. In 1st year itself, there are around 1200 students. Yes, there are many clubs here. Clubs like technical club, sports club, cultural club, etc. are available for the students. I am part of the technical and sports club. There are fests like ‘Maffick’ and ‘E summit’ organized every year.

    First of all the location of MANIT is at high altitude so the climate is good and it makes it one of the best places.     Amazing place, good seniors, always an opportunity to learn something new. This college is all about unity, and within months you will see that all your batch mates have become your good friends.
