CGC Landran's Fee Structure and Scholarship Opportunities

I basically chose Chandigarh Group of Colleges Landran after I have to know about it from my elder brother. He told me that this college has been providing people with great opportunities with minimal fee as compared to other colleges. This also college has great placement records with an average package of 15 LPA, which is almost same to the tier colleges with high demanding fee structure. I would also recommend other people to join this college for greater opportunities.

I chose this course, because I saw the rising market of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in coming days and this technology is going to spread worldwide. The entry-level eligibility criterion for this college is having 60% in the main subjects in 12th board. The admission process is very simple, we can just go the official site and directly do registration. We will get a call from admission department, and they will further explain full process of admission. This college often takes two mid semester exams and one end semester exam in each semester. The teaching faculty has been helping us to deal with real life problems and challenges.

The fee is around 1.30 LPA and per semester, is Rs. 64,150. The only additional charge that we pay is Rs. 1,000 for registration fee. The college also provides us with scholarship. Students who are from Punjab can easily avail on the basis of their own intelligence. They also provide leverage to SC\ST students in their fees.

Chandigarh Group of Colleges Landran provides a very good faculty of experienced teachers with PhD in their own fields. The faculty is very good in terms of teachings and communication with the students. They use various teaching methods, which often include white boards, black boards, and smart projectors in every class. They provide study materials, which include PPTs, PDFs, and other handwritten notes. They teach and help us to deal with real life challenges, which make our problem solving ability more enhanced. Every teacher out there is easily approachable at his or her own timings.

The college has its own placement cell, which makes every student industry ready. It provides us with a training & placement program, where they teach every student to become ready for the placement interviews and help them to crack these interviews. There are numerous companies that come for placement drive. These companies are big in market such as Wipro, Amazon, TCS, and many more. The highest package offered in this college is 52 Lakh Per Year and average package is 15 Lakh Per Year.

Chandigarh Group of Colleges Landran offers residential facilities for every student who is in need for acquiring hostel facilities. There are total of 4 to 5 different housing facilities with a numerous rooms. Mess facilities are provided to the students living in these hostels with 3 time meals, which is very healthy and clean. The quality of food is very good for health. It also provides snacks like Samosa, spring rolls, and many more. The hostel follows strict timing that is no one is allowed to leave the hostel late in the night after 9 PM. The hostel fees vary from room to room but the average fee of the hostel is 1.30 Lakh per semester (this includes the mess charges also).

The college campus is spread in 23 acres of land. The campus has different blocks with different courses in each block. There are total of 12 blocks in our college campus. Each block has its own libraries, labs, seminar halls, and one separate auditorium and also there are conference rooms in every block. Each block has 6 floors and each floor has numerous classrooms. Every block has its own canteen. There is also a separate sports room and medical room with experienced doctors. The college also provides transport facilities for students coming from faraway places. Every block has its own security guards. The infrastructure of the college is great and the academic facilities are just amazing.

The college life out here is very amazing and enthusiastic. The crowd here in CGC Landran is very cheering and supportive. Our clubs has different clubs where each club holds its own different roles with both technical and non-technical skilled people in them. These clubs comes with various opportunities for every student, which provides them extra exposure to different fields. The college also arranges different extracurricular activities. The college also organizes various events & fest and charges around Rs. 800 for every fest it organizes. I am loving the college life out here as the amount of exposure that we get is very amazing.
