Affordability and Scholarships: Fee Structure at SVECW

I am really happy to join in this college and I have acquired a lot of knowledge here. The main factor to choose this particular college is that my parents want me near them and also they were concerned about my safety so they chose Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women, which very secure for girls by providing 24/7 security. The main difference with other colleges is, here the management will take care of almost every student until they get a job.

I have chosen CSE since it is the most trending one. EAPCET rank is the entry requirement at this college. After EAPCET rank is released we have to go for counseling process to get admitted into this college. After eight weeks we will go through mid-1 and again after eight weeks we will go through mid-2 exams followed by Lab exams and Semester exams. We will go through coding exams and hackathons to prepare well for real-life challenges.

For us Rs. 70,000 is the fee for our course which was set by the AP govt. This Rs. 70,000 is the tuition fees and every year we have to pay some building fees at the new academic-year start. The one who gets least rank in EAPCET will get a special gift and some discount on their tuition fees. Yes scholarships are available but I didn't know the price.

They are very experienced. Many of them were having Doctorates. The faculty members at Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women ask students to give seminar on particular topics. They are very good at problem solving and sometimes take tips from students to take their ideas to solve the problem. They really encourage us to participate in all the activities and they share their experience and challenges they faced in their journey to achieve their goals which will inspire us.

Placement cell is present in our campus which had a separate team to take care of placements of the students. CRT and coding tests are conducted for selecting the students. Adobe, Accenture, Infosys, Amazon, TCS, Capgemini, KPIT, etc. are some of the companies that visits the college for recruiting. Average package is 5.40 LPA and highest package is 41LPA.

Yes, Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women has so many hostel blocks so I don't know how many were there totally. But I can share about my experience at hostel block which is of 3 floors in which each floor contains 32 rooms and almost 100 students can stay here. The girls have the freedom to roam around the campus where as boys were restricted. They offer hygienic food which includes Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner. My hostel fees are Rs. 1, 22,000 per annum which is highest among all other hostels. Fee will start from Rs. 85,000 – Rs. 1, 35,000 as per student’s choice of hostel. Students are not allowed to roam in campus premises after 10:30pm and hostel block gate is closed at 12AM since it is the closing time of library. Hostels have the best facilities that any student can ask for.

Campus academic blocks are totally four (i.e., A, B, C, D) in which each department resides in a particular block (Ex: CSE and IT department in D-block). Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women is 100 acres in size and situated near Gollalakoderu, Tadepalligudem road, Bhimavaram. Each classroom has seating capacity of 72 students and all classes are having Projectors for PPT's. All academic facilities like Library, labs, seminar halls, auditorium and conference halls are available. Canteens, Sports, Medical, Transport and Security facilities are also available in the college. My favorite place is Hangout area in B.V. Raju Smruthi Vanam as a part of college infrastructure. Jewel labs are the features which complements our course teaching.

My overall campus life is super cool. It's not too much or light, it's just moderate. Yes, there are many student clubs and I am a part of Sparta club which is YouTube channel club. Technova was organised by our college in 2024. Technova is the annual fest and every year Women’s Day, Krishnastami, Fresher's and Christmas events are celebrated here. My experience about campus life at Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women is pretty cool and I have made pretty good friends there.
