Overall Rating
Techno India University, Kolkata is one of the best universities in West Bengal rather in whole India under private institutions. I love the college atmosphere a lot. There are lots of things to do in our college. There are various activities in our college to perform. There are various types of social clubs active inside our college which takes part in various social and entertaining activities. There are dance clubs, music clubs, drama clubs and various clubs active inside the college. Various events take place in our college throughout the year.
 

Academics Rating
I have taken B.Tech CSE in cloud computing which I think has a great future ahead. You can opt for this course very easily. You can take admission both online and offline for every course you apply. There are no such requirements required for admission in our college and you can get admission very easily. In every semester there are total of 3 exams which includes 2 internals and 1 end semester exam.
The fee structure for my course is Rs.9 lakh 60 thousand only. Which makes it Rs.1,20,000/- per semester.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty of our college is decent, talented and very student friendly. They help us in every way they can. The faculty of our college is highly trained in their respective courses and subjects. They have good problem solving capacity in them. The teacher student ratio of our college is very decent. We share a good bonding with our teachers and faculties. They do group discussions on every topic and share various presentations with us.
 

Placement Rating
The college provides a very decent placement with us. Students are satisfied.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of our college is very modern. They have good buildings structures and try to provide us each and every facility required for the wellbeing of the students. The classrooms are well managed and have smart screens for the betterment of the students. We have 2 canteens in our college which provides us very nice food. The quality of the food is very decent. There are limitations in the sports department though.
 

Campus Rating
The campus is very well decorated in our college. We really enjoy the college life in our college. The college has a good crowd in it. There are various types of clubs present in our college which includes dance clubs, music clubs, drama clubs and various social clubs which are actively working inside the college. There are various types of fests and events which takes place in our college throughout the year.

In every semester, we have one month mandatory internship period, which helps us to gain experience and knowledge and learn field work on the case laws.     Overall experience is good and few teachers are average. The college fee was expensive for me but h\the education offered is okay. The campus is well furnished. It has well furnished and equipped kitchen and bathroom and toilet. Good canteens with good staff are available. Security is also good in the college premises.     Overall, it's an average if you are following the syllabus but great if you can use all the resources. This was a better option offering same package as other technical universities with less pressure. It has great fests and events that are famous in whole Kolkata and have great options for hostels and regular both. It's mostly famous for the cultural events.     My experience at Techno India University as a student has been average overall. Some aspects of the university were worth commending, such as fests, extracurricular activities, student-faculty interaction, and campus life. However, the infrastructure is not advanced, especially for disciplines requiring wet lab training. Although, the university is making tremendous efforts in introducing Artificial Intelligence.
