United University Prayagraj's Affordable Fee Structure and Scholarships

My experience with United University, Prayagraj is good. The faculty over here is excellent. They are very cooperative. You will be provided with good education. People over here are also kind hearted. I will suggest you to choose my course because you will get all the practical knowledge, big labs, and faculty is very much and very excellent.

The course that I chose is BCA. The eligibility criteria required is that you have to pass an entrance test in that interest subject and then you will be selected. The admission process is very simple. After giving the test, you have to give your documents. After giving all the documents, you have to pay the fee. The frequency of exam will be every month, there will be a mid sem. 2 mid sem exams will be conducted, at the end, you will have final exams. The academic is very amazing.

Your fee will be divided into two installments. First installment will be paid in first semester, then the other installment will be paid in the second semester, and likewise it will go on until your last semester. There will be registration fee and then you have to pay your first installment the first sem fee. If you have opted hostel, when you will also have to pay the hostel fee. In every sem, you have to pay a fixed amount of money, which will contain your tuition fee and the other fee that will be mentioned. There are no special discounts for any special category and scholarships are available for students who have secured 90% and above in 12th grade. They will get a scholarship of Rs. 10,000, and those who have 75% and above they will get around Rs. 5,000. If you maintain that percentage throughout your semester, you will get scholarship at the end of your semester.

The faculty over here is excellent and cooperative. they give you all the information about what to do and what not to do about the new courses. The background of the faculty members is that they all have done their PhD from reputed university. The methods of teaching is that they engage us in-group discussions and give presentations. For every course, there are 10 to 12 teachers. My bonding with my faculty is admirable. I share all the problems that I have and they solve in minutes.

Placement cell is very active in United University, Prayagraj. You will get placement in 3rd year. The companies will come and they will choose you. The cell will arrange our GDS and they will approach to various companies to come and take the students and give them jobs. The packages that they provide is very good. It can be 6 LPA and it can be more than that. My experience with the placement is outstanding. I have job from here and it was of 7 LPA .

Yes, United University, Prayagraj has resident facilities. We have hostels near the university only and it takes hardly take 2 to 3 minutes to reach our hostel. The rooms in our hostels are excellent. They are providing 2 and 3 seater rooms. There are ACs for which you have to pay accordingly. You will get table, chair, bed and almirah and rest you have to bring on your own. Girl’s are boys hostel’s are both separate. The quality of the food in the mess is good and hygienic. There is timing and you have to come & eat your food at fixed time. I stay in hostel and my personal experience is nice and people over here are kind.

Campus blocks are very beautifully designed. Every department has its own building. The campus size is also quite big. Classrooms are huge. All the classroom have projectors and table-chairs where you can sit comfortably. You will be provided with libraries. There are conference halls, and auditorium. There is a sports complex over along with transport facilities, which are excellent. The campus is surrounded by the guards.

Overall college life was excellent. I got the best teachers. There were many functions. There were many students. This is why in lunchtime students were divided in half. For half of the courses, lunch will be on different timings and other half will have different timings. There are many clubs like formic art & craft, sports, etc. there are not so much fests but there are many events and you can participate in these events. My experience is average.
