Fee Structure and Financial Support at BVCEC East Godavari

As everyone is afraid of B.Tech college depending on the ragging factor. When I joined this college I have seen that there is no ragging here and there are strict rules and punishments for the ones who are involved in ragging. As I am weak in English, aptitude skills and all, my college provided us English labs from 1st year so now I can speak perfectly. Everyone should join this college not only for above mentioned reasons but when compared to other colleges my college is very good and it provides guidance and supports us for projects and research.

I have chosen EEE at Bonam Venkata Chalamayya Engineering College. Many people think that this is not a field that a girl might pursue. The reason why I chose this field was that we can go for IT and non IT jobs. The faculty here give respect to girl students and stand for us in every situation for our career and guidance. I'm really satisfied with the course I have chosen and super happy with the faculty members. They are the best EEE faculty members that I have ever heard and seen.

I got qualified in EAMCET, so our fee was the responsibility of government. The fee per semester at Bonam Venkata Chalamayya Engineering College is around Rs. 40,000 which is worth it. My CRT fee is Rs. 15,000 and for our semester exams we pay Rs. 1,500 for all subjects. The scholarships are available but I don't know the amount. For poor people who are unable to pay the fee, have add on benefits provided by the college. They never force us at the time of exams to make the payment immediately.

As I said above, my faculty members at Bonam Venkata Chalamayya Engineering College are the best staff. Their guidance, support, etc. are really the best. Daily they send us placement related questions and all. They always work for us to settle our carrier best. Our faculty members do not have any high background. All our faculty members are grown up by hard work which also motivates us. The Hard work when shared with us we all get motivated. They always provide us text books, running notes, etc. They also prepare us for competitive exam like GATE. They use Black board and PPT’s, as a form of teaching methodology. They have conducted soft skill classes for us which improves my way of talking. Daily in class of a hour 15 minutes are for seminars. I promise these seminars have completely removed my stage fear. I can speak confidently now without any fear as they are experts and they always solve our problems within minutes. The student teacher ratio is 1:3. My bonding is very friendly with my faculty members as I'm a disciplined student. They are very friendly but now at the time of teaching.

Bonam Venkata Chalamayya Engineering College is an autonomous college, so our placement and drives are very high. Many of them have also got jobs in MNC’s and they are at a high position. In seminar halls they gather all final year students and educate them on how to get selected in jobs, etc. Placement related activities include aptitude classes, soft skills and seminars. Service now, Accenture, Hexaware, TCS, Wipro, DXC, etc. are the recruiting companies that visit the campus for placement. 4 to 5 LPA packages are offered. I'm in 3rd year now and at this stage they offer internship opportunities.

Yes, Bonam Venkata Chalamayya Engineering College offers residential facilities. There are more than 500 rooms, AC and non AC. There may be 1,000 students in hostels. They celebrate every fest in hostel for students. Yes, boys and girls hostels are separate and very far from each other. The food at the mess is very hygiene and provides non-veg. for non veg. lovers. The taste is also very nice. The hostel fee is Rs. 1,00,000 for non AC for year and Rs. 1,50,000 for AC. Rules are strict and they never allow girls students to go outside until emergency. If an emergency situation arises they provide security and safety measures. Hostels are same as college. They should be in hostel after completion of college. I'm not staying in hostel. I'm a day scholar.

Bonam Venkata Chalamayya Engineering College campus is very neat and for every course there is a separate block, related labs in the same block and better washrooms with hygiene. The college is too big and is located in Odalarevu. Yes, classrooms are big and CCTV's control and projector is there for every class. There are good benches with desks. We have library where all textbooks are available including books for competitive exams like GATE. Labs are equipped with better equipments larger seminar halls for each block, etc. We have large auditorium too. There are CCTV's available and also there is a waiting hall for girls. Our canteen contains all our favorite food. Books and graphs sheets, all stationary items are available. There is a bakery for events. Sports EPL is conducted every year for one week and I'm a tennis court player. They also encourage runners and winners with prizes and certificate medals. Daily one sports period is there for the interested students. They also provide practices in volley ball, etc. We have one health center where blood pressure, medicines for all health issues, beds, weight machines, height, etc. all are available. For transportation more than 40 buses are for all villages. Other facilities include gym, where all gym setup, games hall, indoor games area where we play games like chess, caroms, and many other.

Our campus is clean and neat with fresh air and healthy food like sweet corn, fruits, etc. All fruit juices are available. The college crowd is very large. There is a tennis club. Our college provides us scientists and great lecturers for motivation. They conduct Yuva Ustav program. For EEE they provide IEEE membership. Fests include Dussehra, Christmas, Pongal, Teachers Day, Students Day, Vinayak Chavithi, etc. I love this college. I'm comfortable and happy and satisfied with the college and their guidance, support, skills, and the knowledge they provide, and how they take care of me when I'm in trouble, words are not enough, and one should visit and enjoy the facilities.
