Why Should You Get Admission in KIET Ghaziabad?

Overall Rating
Campus of KIET Ghaziabad is green and well maintained with modern infrastructure. In addition, institute has hostel facilities, which are really up to the mark. One of the things to keep in mind is that this institute doesn’t believe in giving in too many holidays. Therefore, my overall experience with institute and campus is good.
 

Academics Rating
I got Information Technology branch. In this private institute if you opt for Tech branches, you will get better placement. Eligibility for admission in B.Tech is JEE Main’s rank or 12th standard percentage. You have to apply for AKTU counseling for admissions. Well academics here are somewhat hectic and 4 times more hectic during exams with assignment and quizzes had to be done on time to get TA's.
For B.Tech course, fee is around Rs. 1,39,000 (per year), which includes everything like tuition fee, exam fee, extracurricular fee, lab fee, library fee and students development fee. Other than that, you don't have to pay anything . For hostel, normal fee is around Rs. 1,03,000 (yearly) and for AC rooms, it is Rs. 10,30,000 (yearly).
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are well experienced and highly educated. They are also supportive. Many faculties have done PhD and many have done Master in IITs and NITs. But all of them have many years of experience. They teach us on smart board and projectors, sometimes using both like PPTs and pen and while using their notes. Many of them have good problem solving abilities.
 

Placement Rating
As you know currently situation of Tech industry, placements are not up to the mark in every institute. In my institute, many mass recruiters are coming and some good companies too. But not everyone is getting placed with dream package. Average package is around 5 to 6 LPA only.
Many students worked hard for off campus placements and got placed with dream packages.
 

Hostel Rating
We have 5 boy’s and 3 girl’s hostels with AC and non-AC rooms. You can get rooms from one seater to three seater (each with varying charges). hostels have their own GYM and mess faculties. Hostel buildings are modern. There is no issue of small rooms and peeling of paints. We have cols and hot water faculties in both summers and winters. Hostels have own indoor sports rooms too.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of KIET Ghaziabad is contemporary. We have two or three buildings. They are old but they don't look old and have many modern buildings also. We have electric vehicles charging station and 24/7 electricity faculties. We have a big library (fully AC) with many books in all fields, we have 4 big to small canteens and 2 general store where you will get whatever you need. Campus has many sports grounds and courts like football, cricket, volleyball, tennis, basketball, and badminton. We also have a Shooting Range.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is good . You wouldn't be feel bored if you make good friends. You would be spending times in cricket ground in winter for getting heat through sunlight, or may be in tea stalls gossiping about your batch mates or may be discussing about you Hackathon or any other project. We have every kind of clubs, from cultural to tech. there are around 12 or may be 15 clubs. We have a big cultural fest too, around the month of April, which is known as EPOQUE@Prastuti. In this fest, many guest celebrities are invited. Many events are organized (from DJ nights, Garba night, and star night too.

    The KIET Group of Institutions has more opportunities for career-oriented students. One should go there because they will teach you how to work on real-time projects and provide you with good resources. They have organized hackathons, robot competitions, Technical events, and many more events in which you can participate and learn many things.     This is a good institute. Personally, I like it very much. It has good reputation with good placement records so I chose to take admission in this institute. Recently, SIH Hackathon's grand finale was held. Even so, having 75 % attendance per subject is essential.... Read Full Review

    So, I choose this institute because it's an autonomous institute and is good if compared to other institutes affiliated with AKTU.     I have completed approximately 3 months in this institution, and I am glad that I chose a good institution. According to my rank in the JEE Mains, this institution was the best option as the fee structure was also favorable. As this institution is Autonomous, the curriculum has improved significantly, and industry-based education is now more focused. Based on this, aspirants can definitely opt for this institute....
