SXC Kolkata offers Balanced Curriculum & Environment

Overall Rating
The experience with SXC was amazing. The college carries a legacy of excellent education over more than a century. The legacy and its brand value is major force that drives me towards it and its legacy is something, which makes it different from other colleges. The brand value it carries gives it an edge over other colleges. Other factors that add value to the college is its prime location as it are located in the middle of Kolkata making it more popular choice than other colleges.
 

Academics Rating
My course was B.Com (Hons.). It was a full time course with the cutoff of class 12th marks with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. The admission process is simple and crisp based on the marks one can fill form and accordingly one will get shortlisted if percentage matches with college cutoff. The academics mostly deal with real life case studies and real life examples.
The college follows a quarterly fee structure with separate charges for examination form. Few aids are also available for some children.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty at SXC is brilliant. Most of them have done there PhD and have teacher experience of more than a decade. They are reachable and very helpful. They make sure that each one is with class and also give more focus on everyone if he/she needed extra help. The teaching staff apart from teaching is also available for mentoring. One can share their personal dilemma with the teachers
 

Infrastructure Rating
Overall infrastructure of the college is very good. It has amazing library in which one can find all sought of books. Apart from that, the college has its own football ground, basketball court, and also common game rooms where students play indoor games like TT, Chess, Carom, etc. The college also has a great cafeteria.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life at SXC is amazing. The vibes in the college is also very livingly. It is surrounded by top brains of the country. The college is a place where people grow. There are many clubs and societies like finance club, sports club, and many more to make the college life more enjoyable. The annual event is like cherry on the cake. The college also organizes weekly seminars where industry experts come and share experience. The experience they share is really very enriching.

    St. Xavier's College, Kolkata is an autonomous college and one of the most prestigious colleges of India. It is also famous in abroad.
