My life at the SRM University Amaravati, Guntur

Overall Rating
Overall SRM University is really a great place to pursue your higher studies. The hostel facilities are very good here. Coming to the academics, I must say that I had a very good educational experience. The faculty members at SRM University are very good. There is a big ground in the campus where many sports activities are held, and it also has various sports equipment. It is a fully air-conditioned campus. SRM University has fully equipped physics labs and computer labs. It also has also a well-stocked library.
 

Academics Rating
I am enrolled in the B.Tech (CSE) program. I joined SRM University through EAPCET rank. There is also an entrance exam for SRM University called SRMJEEE. Through this exam students can take admission in the University. There will be one midterm exam in one semester; and there will also be many internal exams including practical lab exam and last semester exams throughout the academic year.
I actually got the admission seat at SRM Amaravati through the EAPCET exam therefore, I got fees reimbursement.
 

Faculty Rating
There are highly qualified and experienced faculties at SRM University. In SRM University some of the faculty members are from other states. And also, some faculty members have an industrial experience. Their problem-solving abilities are very good. The faculties of SRM University are very friendly. The teacher-student ratio at the college is adequate.
 

Placement Rating
Placements in our college are very good & most of the students are placed from the college.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facilities are requisite & up to the mark. Hostel rooms are really clean & comfortable.
 

Infrastructure Rating
SRM University contains many blocks. The blocks are named as Vikram Sarabhai Block, SR Block, CV Raman Block, X Lab, Ganga, Vedhavati, Narmadha, Krishna, Yamuna, Kaveri, etc. Academic facilities like library, labs, seminar halls, auditorium, and conference hall are also present in SRM University. There are many canteens, sports facilities, medical facilities, security, and other facilities provided to the students. The classrooms are equipped with a white board and a big TV screen for teaching.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life experience is very good. The crowd is ethical. There are many clubs like Sports Club, Coding Club, and so many different types of clubs. I am a part of the Cricket Club. Extracurricular activities, fests, and flash mob, and other events are frequently conducted here. I have experienced many new things at SRM University.

    My experience was very good in the campus and the faculty is very friendly towards students. The ground was superb and the hostel rooms are very good with 24/7 AC and Wi-Fi services.     The overall review is good. I joined through SRMJEE entrance exam. The fee of SRM is moderate. In my perspective this is a better college for students who come to this via EAMCET. The faculty are friendly and experienced. The college conducts many cultural programs every year. The college has high security. I live in the hostel. It has 24/7 Wi-Fi and AC in hostels....     It is a good experience. I am in my 1st year of B.Tech CSE. I got a good rank in AP EAPCET exam so it became easy to select this college be a student here. I have written other entrance exams too but due to some issues I chose this as it is near to the place. There is no language barrier as Telugu is most spoken here.... Read Full Review

    The university is overall good in many aspects like peer groups, education and good quality infrastructure. It was worth studying in this university for a good amount of fee like a 10 - 12 lakh each year (for 4 years) so I recommend this university for anyone who is joining for the further years. I came from EAMCET entrance exam and got CSE in here if you are getting around 5K rank in EAMCET this is worth the price.... Read Full Review
