An overwhelming experience at Iswar Saran Degree College, Prayagraj

Overall Rating
I always wanted to study in this college because of its quality education & I wanted to shape a better future for myself. I have enrolled in this College to pursue B.Com degree. The teachers here behave really well with the students. All the classes are conducted by the professors without any delay. Students really enjoy studying in this college.
 

Academics Rating
I am studying B.Com in the Iswar Saran Degree College. I think there is a lot of scope after completing this degree. You have to then fill a form of Allahabad University then wait for cutoff of that course. The eligibility criteria for taking admission in this course are that you must have surpassed the cutoff marks of the CUET exam. The things we are taught here about our course is really going to be helpful for me in the future.
ISDC (University of Allahabad) is a Central College. Here, the fee structure is very low as compared to other private colleges. The annual fee for the B.Com course is Rs 5,350/- in the first year. Our 2nd year & 3rd year fee is that same i.e., Rs. 4,350/-.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are really knowledgeable. Our course’s professors are very calm and share a very good bonding with the students. The educational background of the faculty members is really strong. Their teaching method includes using blackboards, ppts, group discussion, conducting internal exam, etc. The problem-solving activities conducted by the faculties is excellent. There are more than 100 teachers & 4000+ students in our college. My experience and bonding with the faculty members has been great.
 

Placement Rating
Placement opportunities provided to us is good.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, hostel facility is provided to the students. Lots of activities are organized in the hostel to unite the hostellers. There are separate hostels for girls and boys. Mess always serves the food on time and the food quality is really satisfying. The hostel gates close at 10:30 PM every night. I don’t have a personal experience of living in the hostel, but my friends are hostel residents.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus is huge and beautiful. Classrooms are huge and fully equipped. There is a library, labs, seminar hall, auditorium, conference hall, etc. inside the campus itself. A canteen, sports ground, basketball court, medical room, and security facility are also available for the students. I have a lot of fun with my friends in my leisure time at the basketball court.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is very exciting and joyful. College is very much crowded because all the students attend their classes daily. There are no clubs in the College, but the curriculum activities are regularly organized by the college. Many activities & contests like sports, dance competition, singing competition, Sayari competition, Quiz competition, etc. are held to keep us active. An annual fest is conducted here, and festivals are celebrated with happiness & enthusiasm.

    This college has better academic performance compared to other colleges. So, this attracted me to take admission in this college. If you want to do judiciary and want to get government jobs, then this college is beneficial because of its competitive environment, but for corporate and private; this college is not good and I won't recommend you to take admission in this.     The college is great overall. Comparing to other Allahabad University colleges it has regular classes to attend. Other circular activities are also there like NSS, NCC, sports competition, debate competition, etc. This college also celebrates its annual day function.     So for the overall review I will say that it’s a nice college for some particular students like those who want to do any alternate courses from outside like for commerce students those who are pursuing professional courses like Charted Accountant, Company Secretary etc. because this college don't conduct any kind of extra events so most of the students get sufficient time to do their college studies and alternate studies perfectly.
