Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women : A Student’s Perspective

Overall Rating
The experience at Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women is very good. I like the infrastructure of the college. I like many places in our college like lake view and park. There are many factors made me to choose this particular institute like my cousin suggested me to join here as she was already a student in this college. There are many other colleges but most of the students like this college because of the placements and internships opportunities here.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen this course as I was interested in both software and hardware side. The eligibility of this course is that the student should get passing marks in the intermediate. And the students should get qualify in the AP EAMCET exam. Based on the rank the branch will be allocated. There are exams conducted in Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women frequently. The admission process is easy.
The semester fee is Rs. 1000 to write the exam. But for the whole year the total amount will be of Rs. 70,000. There are some scholarships available for the students who are eligible and have merit. There will no discount in the exam fees. The fee for management quota is different for each branch.
 

Faculty Rating
There are many methods of teaching it is based on the faculty. some faculty will teach by the help of the blackboard and other may with the ppts. The student and faculty relationship is very good. Faculty will clarify each and every doubt of the student. The faculty should be well qualified to get job in Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women and in particular domain. There are many group discussions conducted by the faculty to test our skills.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell at Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women is just awesome. They will try their best to give job opportunity for each and every person. There are many activities conducted in our college like there are some programs like CRT and all which really help us to know where we are. There are many companies like Amazon, Flipkart and many more that visit the college for offering placement opportunities.
 

Hostel Rating
There are many hostel facilities like there are both non AC and AC room. The rooms are allocated to the students based on the affordability of the parents. I didn't like the mess food of our college that much. But we have many other canteens where food items are available. There are some rules and timings of the hostels and everyone should follow them. As we are in women college there are some strict rules too. The hostel fee for year is Rs. 85,000. There are 2 installments. The mess food is served 4 times a day.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There will a library where academic and non academic books are available for each and every student. There are 4 blocks in academics and we also have jewel labs where the best lab facilities are available. The most favorite place of mine is lake view where we can get more relaxed. There are seminar halls nearly; they are about 6 to 7. There will be a gym facility which was totally free. There is transport facility as well.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life at Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women is just awesome. There are many clubs like Sahaya Club, Happy Club, Rhythmic Thunders Club, Build Club, and more. There are many events and fests goes on in our college like TECHNOVA. Other college students can also participate in this. The college crowd is much more but I didn't know the particular count. There are many activities that are conducted in our college like seminars and all.

    I joined in November 2022 in Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women. I got the admission through EAPCET which is held on state level containing Math, Physics and Chemistry. My rank in EAPCET is 3968 with this rank I got seat in the admired stream of mine that is Computer Science and Engineering.     I am a 3rd year graduate. The college is of full opportunities and has many facilities for our education. They support academics and extra circulars in a good way. If you are ambitious you can learn and experience many activities. The surroundings and infrastructure is full of greenery and has many places to visit.
