My experience here

Overall Rating
There were many exceptions when I entered the college as this is a life changing shift of everybody. So at the beginning there are many new things to discover but few days ago things started getting boring as no Fest have been held as in there are no big fests that are conducted on a larger scale. This is because there is not much area to host anything on large scale. Also every year they have a blast of applications here. The students by which the faculty won’t be able to control the overcrowded class of students. Overall experience was not up to the mark as there are many colleges that do many things in fewer fees.
 

Academics Rating
The course I chose was Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), so there were many Eligibility criteria’s like by common entrance test for UG and PG students. Also they conduct an interview of the student of the college. The purpose is to know about the student. They provide different types of subjects in all fields but few are helpful for industry preparation and exams of odd semester that takes place in December and even takes place in May.
I was paying around 10L+ because of the scholarship that I got based on my 12th grade score. I got 80%+ in class 12th but the regular fees is somewhat 13 Lakh. There is a mandatory Admission fee of Rs. 60,000. If you got 90+ in class 12th then you can get 30% scholarships on the basic fees. There is a late fees payment charges that keep on added based on the number of days. The late fee is Rs. 100 per day.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members that we have here are well qualified and they have each aspect in experience and education. They have knowledge of the subject too. They support those students who do the work sincerely also help in getting their research papers published in different sites. There way of teaching is good for those who have some knowledge about the subject. The students sometimes are not able to focus on those this topics or field.
 

Placement Rating
Till now I am not in 3rd year so I don’t have much knowledge about the same.
 

Hostel Rating
I am a day scholar so can’t say much about it either.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is not that big and there are many buildings for each school like management, Science, Engineering, Law, etc. There is one basketball court, One Badminton court, etc. After sometime they have to make a new canteen to control student crowd at the College. It's located near a metro so a good means for transport to travel is provided. I don't come by car as no parking is there. There is one auditorium but they have extra chair for many students but are not able to fill all student.
 

Campus Rating
The campus is not up to the mark with the respect of fees. They offer a lot of options in terms of course that too at less fees. There are various clubs too but few of them only throughout the year. I joined the hike club as I was very fond of hiking so at the beginning there were 2-3 small hikes in Gurugram itself but then suddenly there was new hike planned by the club. Events have been conducted there but they are not good at all. The stalls are setup there but Fest has not been taken place.

    Overall, this university is good. There is no specific parking space allotted in the university which becomes an issue sometimes. The crowd is good. Faculty staff is average, but their teaching style is old fashioned.... Read Full Review

    IILM University, Gurgaon is one of the best private universities in Gurgaon. Environment of this college is superb. Faculties are best and they provide best learning material.     When we talk about B-Schools in Gurgaon, MDI is definitely the best. All couldn't reach the best, so I was even happy with the second or third best in the city, IILM Institute of Business and Management. I don't know what IILM does differently from the other B-Schools, but one thing for sure is that you just need to be careful and be placed in some of the world's best companies.
