Study while Enjoying the Pleasant Atmosphere at PPSU Surat

Overall Rating
My experience at P P Savani University is very good. I love the campus life here. The main factors that made me choose this university was its infrastructure as well as location as it is near to the place I live so I could easily manage my travel. I love spending time at my college, as the atmosphere here is very good. This institute has a large area, which makes it more beautiful.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen the course, Computer Science & Engineering. My main motive for enrolling in this course was my interest from a long time. The basic criteria for admission here is just you have to pass your higher school studies with good score. The exams are conducted every month. If you want to take admission through management quota then you need to visit the admin building and get counseling for same.
The fee structure of my course is Rs. 53,075 per semester. The breakup for same is Rs. 48,825 per semester as tuition fee and Rs. 4,250 as examination fee. The admission fee taken is Rs.12,500 rupees for admission through management quota. MYSY scholarship is provided to eligible students along with single parent scholarship. In MYSY scholarship, we get a maximum Rs. 2,00,000.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are good. They focus on students very well and are available at any time for solving doubt. The lessons or we can say modules are taught using projectors and other digital tools. Some faculty members are student friendly as they make a very good joyous environment for the students. They also provide useful study material to all the students, acing the subject easy to understand. The ratio of faculty to student is 1:70.
 

Placement Rating
The placements are available for students in seventh semester who are having no backlogs in their whole 3-year learning course. Interview rounds are conducted but before that group, discussion is held to test the students. Companies also offer internship opportunities to the students. The highest package offered was 24 Lakh Per Annum.
 

Hostel Rating
I have no hostel experience, as I am a day boarder.
 

Infrastructure Rating
All the books of any courses are available in the library in sets of 3s and 4s. Auditorium is used for technical events. In addition, canteen facility is very good. 24-hour medical service is available at the campus. Securities are also present at different building to ensure security. The amount of building and their cleanliness is the best part about my university. Many new buildings are also built for new programs.
 

Campus Rating
The overall life at PPSU is very much good and each student loves his/her days at college and we can say that students are also very much cooperative. There are many clubs and one such is GDSC (Google Developer Students Club) where every month, many events are organized by students who are part of that team. Annual event named ‘Kaalagoonj’ is held and all the other festivals are also celebrated here.

    PPSU lies on the National Highway between Ahmedabad and Mumbai around 56 kilometers from Surat. The campus area is 100 acres and the campus is still under construction.     This is one of top university to choose to if you live in Gujarat. It has the best infrastructure as well as knowledgeable faculty. The university follows up to date curriculum and standards for students. Moreover, the university has diverse crowd. The placement is also great.     My overall experience in the university is fun and I enjoyed a lot. I had studied many subjects. I had gained a lot of practical based knowledge. At P P Savani University by paying less money we are able to get many facilities.     I would recommend this university if and only if you are happy traveling for more than 70 kilometers in a day and you do not get tired, because to reach the university requires traveling of more than 3 hours if you use a private traveling vehicle and 4 hours if you use the transportation facility provided by the university.     Since I live in Surat, there are no such good colleges for engineering on which we can depend as basis of placements. Yes, there are colleges like SCET, SVNIT But that is asking for too high scored result and for the normal student with average marks it's really difficult to get admission, so I choose P.P.
